  The only versions of win 7 which can change language is Ultimate and Enterprise.  Home premium cannot.

  You may not use the trademarks of the dialectic with the Spanish language.

  I suggest you use international English keyboard (United States) and then hold right Alt / Gr and press the appropriate letter to add to the dialectic.
