  If you run the code with the as generic class, you will see that the variant is actually a control. I don't know if there is a way to create a constant directly, but in the script, there are often two ways to do what you want:

  1. Do what you what you would do manually. In this case, you can create the variant as a control, get its reference Terminal and which gives the word to change at constant method.
  2. Create a VI that already has the code you want (in this case a constant variant), then only open VI and copy / paste its code in the place wherever you want it to be. This is useful if you want to make a long series of script particuarly.

• The tool using pen to draw a new object over an object

  I use Illustrator for years, but I've yet to understand how to create new objects just above the selected last high of absolut instead of the layer (or a clipping path, draw the fate-inside mode).

  I want to click on an object anywhere in my layers, and then draw a new path or dreate a form just above this one, as it works in photoshop with the new layers.

  I know that you can cut out the object and place it manually via ctrl-f, but it is really heavy and slow.

  Does anyone have tipps how can I solve this problem or a workaround?

  Simply double click the object you want to draw to.

  You will enter the Isolation Mode,

• HOWTO return a new object of a script object

  I wonder about the fact that it is not able to return a new object from an existing script object in a field of LiveCycle Designer.

  Let's say we have follwing situation:

  1. a Script object named 'LcdObjects' with a 'field': object

  2. now I want to create a new instance of the object of 'field' in a text field (in the case of 'click'):

  3. the code above doesn't work with the text field. It seems that there is no new object created.

  4. it seems that I must create an auxiliary function for each object in the script object to get a successful return of a new object:

  5. with the auxiliary function, I can create a new instance of the Field object in my text field:

  f = LcdObjects.newField(this);
  f.hideField();
  

  But I'm not very happy with this solution, because with this workaround, I have to create an auxiliary function to return for every single object which does not seem to be very smart to me.

  Are there any general solution to return an instance of an object without using this kind of workaround?

  You can add a function to a script object that returns your "Field" object with the method hideField. So, as a function;

  I created a catalog of photos only, as objects.

  They are organized in alphabetical order, 4 images per page as a 2 x 2 grid, 20 pages.

  I want to insert a NEW object (image) in the middle of these 20 pages, and you want all objects after the move more than a place to make room.

  
  How can I get the objects after those inserted to shift, such that the text would be the case if you have inserted a text more in the middle of a paragraph?

  I can't understand how this (without just putting the images in a text box and online, but then I lose all the controls of the space)...

  You can create a view in the db which reads the data from the table and display it in a different way. Then you use the view to get the data in the format and display it in the user interface

  You can create a similar sql statement (and there are better ways to do this, but I'm not the whiz sql) and use it to create a database from this view.

  The text object is defined in a Text.xfo file, on my system, it is under C:\Users\BR001\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Designer\10.0\EN\Objects\Standard.

  You can find the location by looking at the properties of the Group of the library of Standard objects;

  

  You can also create your own widget, set it up on the design finds out how you want and right click then 'add to library' (option has moved, but that's what SS3).  But I don't think you can get your own ones will appear in the drop-down list when you try to convert objects.

  After putting the table edge and Gap, so they can be adjusted to fit the whole path (as you probably have), you can click on the path with the scissors tool where you want a line of dashes/red to start parts. After that, you can Ctrl / Cmd + J to close the path.

  Or, if you want to set the middle one features, you can create a set of table edge/gap from half of a dash, then a gap, then a dash, then a gap, then half a gap and click the path with the scissors tool anywhere in the middle of a line of dashes/red party. After that, you can Ctrl / Cmd + J to close the path.

  Depending on the version, you may need to use the relevant adjustment of the dotted, such as the script to adjust the (relevant) dashes free here:

  You can use the circles on the sides. In this case, you can object > path > add Anchor Points that will set an anchor point in the middle of each segment.

• Quickprep creates the new object ORGANIZATIONAL unit but clone is not renamed.

  I was falling a pds on the scene file. No other layers as transparent image and bg. I was reducing the image down in the Muse that I discovered exaggerates the visibility of image edge objects. After a little reading, it appears that there is a known issue with Adobe Muse, something to do with the algorithms that muse use images nationwide. I also think that the color of the layer has contributed a bit to the effect also.

  Problem solved when I gave up the way of the PSD and rather any SS as a PNG image.

  Hi Dao,

  Yes, it's the management of custom objects. Custom objects are kept in two XMLs [1.] LocalLibrary.xml, 2. [ObjLibLayout.xml] and you can find the real XMLs in the path (: \Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES2\EN\Objects).

  1. LocalLibrary.xml - a configuration of folder objects in the object library and this is the file where you can set the permissions on the custom folder.

  2. ObjLibLayout.xml - has the configuration of objects to one side a folder of the object.

  LocalLibrary.xml is the file where you set the permissions, remove 'a' - removes the object adding feature, "d" - removes the ability to remove object, "m" - removes the ability to change, and I hope that answers your question. For more information, see below

  One can create their own folder structure and maintain libraries of custom objects, and you can import them into your designer through "shared library location. Please let me know if it works or not.

  You need make the selection using the design view before you can add it as an object library.  I just tested this, and if you make a selection via the code view, the option is greyed out... but as soon as you make the selection via the creation of the same select a div for example of the lower bar, the purpose of the library becomes available...

  Strange behavior, but really.
