No video playback in Premiere Pro CC 2015

I am on a test of first Pro CC 2015 v9.2 and I get no video playback in the source or program window.  The audio plays well. I tried to change the rendering engine video of the CUDA to the only option of software, without a bit of luck.

I'm running this on Windows 10, processor Intel Core i7-4170 cpu @2. 50 ghz, 8 GB of RAM, with an NVIDIA GPU 860 M.

Someone at - it ideas?

I used the nuclear option and reset my computer to the factory settings and just reinstalled.  That fixed it.

    Hello

I just downloaded first pro for the first time on this computer, and I can't make it work.  I can import video files, but I see nothing in the source screen, when I try to play them in first (even on the screen of the program).  I can hear the audio, but I don't get a picture.  This problem seems to occur regardless of the extension of file (mp4, avi, mov).  Any ideas?  Please let me know if I need to provide more information.

  • Impossible to change the scale of a video clip in Premiere Pro CC 2015

It is RESOLVED through cat w/Adobe. I had to change the rendering engine for 'Software only '. No GPU acceleration. File > project settings > general

If I change the scale of a video clip or use the "Scale to the size of the image" option in first Pro CC 215, he makes on output pixelated and vertical blue dotted.

I have NO preference checked setting when you import balance, but I cut the video now so I won't do it again.

    Before reducing:

After scaling down (around 75%, but I have tried other percentages with no luck):

    Come on, Adobe, he meets!

    Still shows the frames.

Tried to remove all the nonsense of cache/db/media. Nothing.

However I just happened to check the CUDA pref panel, and finally, there is a new version 7.0.52

for some reason any does NOT yet appear in the drivers CUDA for MAC Archive | NVIDIA

I installed and now 2015 seems to work.

  • Playback in Premiere Pro 2015.0.1 is a little fast and jerky

Recently, I replaced my SSD system.  Clean install of everything.  Video playback in first Pro CC 2015.0.1 is now a bit faster than in real time with a lot of stuttering.  Video playback in other programs is fine (tested the same files in After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Windows Media Player and they played normally).  Export works quickly and well, but I can't edit with messed playback.

Unlike other video questions jerky, there no lag here - exactly the opposite.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro (erasing the preferences in the process), no change.

Any ideas would be very appreciated!

We have a winner: the settings of the device in the Audio hardware preferences class.  He was behaving weird changing settings (I'll explain below), but it's working now.  Put back to Ms. it breaks, ASIO it fixed again.

    Thank you very much!!

    Details of the correction:

I installed the Zoom H4N ASIO driver and tried to put it in the preferences. After changing the device for ASIO class (Edit > preferences > Audio hardware > Device Class), I got a drop-down list of devices, including the creative SBZ versions and Zoom ASIO.  The list default Creative and immediately, I received the same error as before ("... The last parameters of valid device that will be used. »).  I changed to Zoom (without closing the preferences) and received the error, as well for this one.  But then when I closed the preferences and their reopening, he had just returned to the driver Creative Live (the device class stayed together for ASIO).  Prior to this he had been returning to Mrs. class device, probably because there is no other options ASIO?  Reading is now very well.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2015 Mercury Gpu playback problems

    Hello!

I'm under Premiere Pro CC 2015 Version 9.2.0 (41) Build on OS X El Capitan (10.11).

    I'm editing on a Macbook Pro 15 "2012 2.3 ghz w / a gpu 650 m."

When I have the playback engine Mercury in my program screen GPU mode is glitches and impossible to display the video correctly. This only happens when the timeline is paused / not scouring. The timeline is under what the video display correctly without problem.

During playback of mercury is in software mode is no problem with the program window.

I took the project and opened it on my Workstation Windows 10 with a Nvidia Gtx 970 w/o any problems.

If you know what is the cause (e.g., bad drivers, configuration, etc) please let me know! Thank you.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2015 video / Audio won't play - Out-of-Sync Audio and video clock errors

After the installation of Premiere Pro CC 2015 I am unable to actually play my video in the timeline.

I must point out that the same video and audio files accurate work perfectly in my previous version of CC 2014.

Usually when I hit the play button nothing will happen and then after a time it will stutter back and fourth between a small loop (no audio present) and give an error that says "clock Audio and video out-of-sync (instead of time) in"Adobe Player.

I tried full uninstall and reinstall Premiere Pro CC software 2015 without success. I also tried to delete all the preferences of Premiere Pro to my settings user without success. I should also mention that after effects CC 2015 is oddly also often send me errors do not have enough executives, so I'm not sure if they are related. Once more, the CC 2014 version works perfectly.

For reference the video file is a .avi with Xvid compression and sound is a .wav. These have always been used exactly the same with CC in 2014 without problem.

    Computer:

8.1 - fully updated for Windows

    NVIDIA GTX 780 video card

    32 GB of ram

All Nvidia drivers are also updated.

I also ran a full virus and malware scan just in case for some strange reason, that was at fault, and I ran into zero issues. Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC 2015 that all seem to work great.

I am quite technically savvy and this one left me speechless, that really stinks that I was looking forward to the potential improvements to speed updates. That's life.

  • New MacBook Pro GPU compatible for playback in Premiere Pro CS6 Mercury engine?

I am considering buying a new MacBook Pro (15 in., processor 2.8 GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, 16 MB of RAM) to mainly video edditing with Premiere Pro, I have the CS6 vertion. I wonder if its Mercury playback engine support GPU?

The laptop I think uses this two graphics cards:

    • Intel Pro Iris graphics card
    • AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2 GB of GDDR5 memory

In the list of system requirements for first Pro CS 6; Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows is said "AMD over-pants" recommended for Mac and AMD Radeon GPU Acceleration (as the Mac comes with) is listed under Windows. This makes me wonder if the new Mac support the maximum speed for the Mercury playback engine?

In any case, I would appreciate your views as oppon whitch GPU card you guys recommend for a MacBook Pro work best with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6?

    Hello

Only these cards are supported for CS6

  • Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 - Bug report: misinterpretation alpha with equipment Sony FS55

    Hello...

Since I was the last update for first Pro CC 2015 video material of the Sony FS 55 seems wrong:

It is transparent, the underlying layer is visible.

Even if the opacity is 100, I don't have the layer style changes and there is no effect.

It seems that the 'solution' is to interpret the alpha channel of the video sequence and to mark the option where you can ignore the alpha channel.

There is no such problem with any other camera images.

This problem did not appear in the first version before - with the same material in the same project.

    Anyone else having similar problems?

  • Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 - output files (export) seem to be big enough

I don't know if I should post this in German or English, so I'll stick to the English especially that most of the people who will probably understand better.

My overall problem is explained by the great title but incase people understand here, that's my direct explanation:

When I load the program and put in the files to work with, I have rather small files. The biggest case was so far about 500 MB big.

Of course, it's already a good amount, but after using another program called "Hand brake", I have to use, it drops to about 200 MB.

After the use of Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015, bringing together audio and video and export video that was created in the main folder are big, about 5 GB.

I must be doing something wrong here, and I know that for sure. I'm not a skilled Editor could understand most of the things in the program itself. Basic tutorials don't really help here either.

But here some details as to what I mainly prior to export. Maybe it helps to understand what the problem is:

-I mainly do it for my Hobby, which is YouTube, which means that I record with Bandicam and boldness.

-Bandicam records everything in a MP4 file.

-Premiere Pro adobe does not allow me to use MP4 for export, or she at least is not displayed.

-Adobe gives me rather MPEG for export.

-Not much knowing that I check especially the area that allows me to use the settings of the master files (or that's how I understood it)

    And that's all.

If I seem a bit helpless with this post, it is because I was never on a Forum that focuses on programs such as these.

I have been mainly game for a long time and have barely touched the video editing.

Thank you very much for reading

    Good day

    Hello

When you're ready to export from first, choose the Format "H.264" in Media Encoder that will create a .mp4 file. Further, hit the drop-down list for Preset (found under Format) and scroll to the bottom of the many options and you will find presets for YouTube. Find the one who Records corresponds to your images, for example 1080 p 29.97. Do not check the box 'Source Match'.

    Hope this helps you

  • Automate to sequence in Premiere Pro CC 2015

  • Why can't Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 treat / read / convert MKV files? Is there something in my suite CC wonderous who can?

Believing that I had a video editor standard industry - "Premiere Pro CC 2015" - I just decided to edit some video files for a client and they just gave me a 32 GB MKV files. "" I can easily see on my system Windows 8.1 using the application of video - and yet I cannot open the or edit in Premiere Pro CC 2015 - the file type is not supported! Why not?

Is it possible that I can convert those MKV into a format that first can process?

MKV is not an industry standard. They originated as a container for DVD rippe format / Blu - Ray and the spec has changed many times. However, any MKV can contain multiple streams of video and data and it's nothing any video normal edition app will manage. You have to convert / extract the flow with respective tools. A search on the web can find you enough things to do this.
