  I work for a non-profit organization 501 (c) 3. I want to upgrade to creative cloud using non-profit discount. Yesterday, the Adobe cat person told me to go to a retail store and they know about non-profit pricing. I went in a big-box store, and of course, they didn't. The retail price is $239.00 / year.  I can't find anything online that shows what the special discounted price or how to get it. Everyone?

• Adobe CS4 Don licensing question non-profit

  I work for an organization not-for-profit 501 c 3 and someone gave a copy of CS4 we. The problem is that it is a copy of the student.  It is not open, never used.  We would like to be able to use this software but don't want to face legal challenges. Is it possible for us to use it? Can I get a license non-profit organization for him if a non-profit license is different from the license of the educator? What are our options?

  Adobe creative suite has been on our wish list for YEARS.  Because it's so expensive, nobody never gave us there.  We finally this copy has been given, but it is a copy of student. We would really like to be able to use it, because any buying creative suite in our budget.  It is an older version of CS, but would not be appropriate for our purposes.

  In the hope that we can get an answer and/or work with Adobe to find a way for us to use this software (have 501 c 3 documentation and tax identification that can be provided to prove our status).

  Adobe decides who qualifies as a student - people don't get to do that themselves.  If you really want to be on top and to the top with this, then sign up for an account and see what you qualify for - contact Adobe directly and see what arrangements they have for you are.  These are forums of users to anyone here will be able to give you anything in the way of approval to use a license that you do not own.  Since CS4 is no longer sold, I'm next to positive, that you are not eligible to get a license for it.

  I help a non-profit with some design work. I created documents printed for them using Museo via typeKit via my subscription of the CC. They use stand-alone for CS6 InDesign and Photoshop non-profit license; it requires a subscription to creative cloud and an Adobe ID.

• Help non-profit looking for MS License

  I work for a non-profit that seeks to set up a computer lab to help people with autism learn to communicate via the software.  The software needs windows.  Computers that are given to us are of old Pentium 4 and I don't think they will be able to run windows very well.

  I need to find a few MS licenses for 10 computers.  I can't find any XP or VIsta which would be ideal.

  No idea where to find such things, I've combed internet and found nothing but oem (not legal) or upgrade (will not work).

  Please help, they give computers unless we provide BONES and I don't know where to find all 10 of those same who will work on p4 and run the software of autism.

  Why not ask what model of PC are handed to you, and if they have the Windows OEM COA on them.

  If they then what OS and version on the Windows COA label.

  If they are the same model HP PC, you can order a set of recovery on the one hand, discs that will work on all of this provider on the link below.

  I have a computer lab that is put in place for a non-profit.
  Everything is ready to go with the exception of a working operating system for 10-12 computers in the lab.
  Normally, I get the licenses for $40 of TechSoup.  However, they limit purchases two per year and a Jolt for the benefit not till I'm here their exhausted.
  So my question is, where can fetch at least 10 disks XP or Win7 with license free or at the lowest possible cost?

  The limit of Microsoft for TechSoup resets every two years.  I just got an email from my TechSoup account:

  On the stroke of midnight every two years, you get a new allotment of Microsoft products to ask.

I am confused with what I can do about it. Your Tech support staff clearly didn't have the knowledge to fix and the SW is defective and unusable. Is the problem of the license of the device? We can get this as another form. The last chat with one of our staff asked an email address to at least try to get additional contacts for help, but technology chat session refused to give their address. Four different Tech tried different solutions without success. What to do next? Please consult the transcript of what has past and let us know how to proceed. We are a non-profit organization. Our time and money is valuable to us. We want the use of the software that we paid for. We need a solution to this.
