My Alienware Aurora A3 3 .4GHz machine bits Windows64 did not complete a windows update yesterday. He crashed and restarted. Creative Photoshop Cloud was open at the time.
Updates of windows installed correctly once the machine has restarted itself, but now all my apps CC have a sort of Gothic in place police and place of the main menus and all window popup menus are an unreadable (see image).

I finished all the steps to uninstall the CC Installer and apps, ran the .exe of cleaning on all Adobe products.
Then I reinstalled only photoshop using the CC Setup program.

The worst thing is I have a licensed version of Photoshop CS4 and who is now corrupted by the files installed by Setup CC too.
Please for the love of God someone help me solve this stituation.

1. close the application of creative cloud.
2. navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
3. delete the opm.db file.
4. launch creative cloud.
