As part of your points, I agree with your opinion that disrupt should give way to delight that would then result in organic disturbance compared to what is considered a more interruption approach. Where I think that I will apply yet disturbance - ideally, leading to great joy - is within my own organization marketing because there is still a very "that's all what I do and I don't want to change" mentality in our culture. Hmmm... Although, now that I actually read what I write, I guess I might consider to apply the same principle "delight and disruption will follow" my own organisation - LOL.   • If you pull the iPhone in a well-lit environment, it records at a constant speed.
  • In lighting challenged environments, you get images image variable rate.

  For this project, you're probably stuck with transcoding with Handbrake or another method not Adobe. Our coders simply do not handle variable frame rates.

  With Premiere Pro and this project, you have no other choice. For future projects, look into purchasing a high end video camera application where you can shoot at a constant rate regardless of the stage lighting.
