NoScript is still available in Firefox?

I read on another site that Firefox has a thing called NoScript which would give a user the opportunity, when you go to different websites, to enable or disable Javascript. Now I don't see a NoScript in the settings menus, but only the possibility to enable or disable Javascript. Does this mean that I have to disable and enable only if I'm unable to see things on a website? I think that the option 'Enable' is the default value that uses Firefox, but it is feared that the Javascript with errors can be an opportunity for an attacker to come in his computer.

Hello CuriosityCat, noscript is an addon for firefox & available for download on https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/noscript/
