    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    I have the same problem. Norton Support just spent 1.5 hours trying to get v35 to accept it is the latest toolbar (v 2014.7.10.12) on my computer that they - Norton - say IS COMPATIBLE WITH the V35. They suggested that I have than uninstall/reinstall Firefox, which I did. It made no difference.

    I am able to print the difference as for example:-1, 2, 1.5-1.5. but not 0.8, 0.8, 0.1 etc...

    Like others who have posted, I'm not able to open a PDF file in Acrobat that I created with Mac Acrobat, as attachments sent and used to be able to open.

    Is there a utility to fix or repair?

    I get the message "Acrobat cannot open '___.pdf' because it is not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an attachment to e-mail and has not been correctly decoded)."

    PS Look back, I asked once before, but without the information that I had created them as PDF files.  The problem was not resolved.

    The text editor suggests that what you have is completely corrupt. Usually if these PDF files sent by e-mail without binary coding, you have lost the PDF document on the end of the RRs and will not be able to recover. You should still be able to use the original file that you created, unless you deleted it. In this case, you will need to return to the original of the document and create a new PDF. It remains unclear how the PDF you are using has been managed since the creation, but it seems that the incorrect coding has been used or another error in a process of e-mail and the file was lost.

    Hi, I can not print forms sites like IRS or other sites that I need to print the forms. He always tells me to save with HP eprint. Well, I did this month it y a. I changed printers default to the HP deskjet 1000 printer and tested on HP print and scan doctor 4.2. It worked very well on the test print, but when I try to print the IRS forms and what not he seems to have stopped. Note, I am on win 8.1 and the forms are in PDF files. Do I need eprint to print.     After unflagging "Delete column" refreshing sheet wasn't enough. To make the active sheet active options must be closed. Options then work correctly in the new worksheet (in the same excel file).

    This is the output that I would expect if line 15 has

    Moreover, if one (or arm) and b are numbers, then you can consider using number functions, like TRUNC and MOD, might be a better way to get individual numbers - assuming that you really need to get the individual numbers.  It is often a symptom of a bad design, where the number is actually a composite of what must be in multiple separate columns.

    SUBSTR expects its first argument to be a string.  If you really must call SUBSTR, then its better to ouse TO_CHAR to explicitly convert the number of strings.
