• Change the source SDK files

  I'm currently editing the Flex SDK Source files to fix some bugs in the DataGrid. I found the source code files in the Program Files directory to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 2\Flex SDK 2\frameworks\source\mx. I am able to open these files in Flex and edit the code. However, when I compile my application and try to browse the code, it seems that the SDK files do not get compiled.
  
  How to compile the Flex SDK files after changing them.

  Here's what you do:

  Make a copy of the source file in your own project directory, BUT use the EXACT SAME path. For example, mx.controls.DataGrid must go in the mx/controls directory in your project. In this way the compiler will pick up files changed on those in the SDK. In other words, do not modify the code in the framework source directory, copy and modify the copy.

  You can also do this with your own CFCS (library Flex) and then whenever you want to use your code to ours, simply place your CFC above ours in any Application Flex project library path you use.

• Mysterious < br > tag in live code, and not in the source code

  I have a problem here, as mentioned above, with ma page Web.  When you go to this link:

  you will find a space perfectly size between menu horizontal blue and red background that lines on two images (image of the handshake, 'Welcome to the Master Insurance Agency' image).  When I look at to inspect the Web site in Dreamweaver in live code, I noticed a < br > tag sitting just before the tag of table containing the red background.  However, when I go back to the source code, the < br > tag is not found by the opening table tag.

  How can I change something that is not in the source code?  I want to get rid of this gap! Help, please!

  Tags on line 31, line 35, line 42, line 45 and 49 of your code line.

  Dreamweaver in code and design split view and see if you can spot the
  tags in your code (can even use useful tool to search and replace in Dreamweaver to find each istance of the)
  tag in your code.) Now, not all of the
  the tags are innapropriate so don't remove them just good willy nilly.

  According to me, that the source for this Panel is part of one of the DLL Teststand calls directly, not in a file located in the directory of Teststand sequence.  Therefore, it will be not accessible to the public.

  In your original code, you have a lot of
  Tags in the meantime andtags that belong here (see below). Go through the code of the table and get rid of them, 5 in total I think. Also, you cannot nest a

  in one. You start with an opening
