  AdobePDF.dll is in the file Data1.cab. Mine is located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat8\Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional\ You need to extract the file "AdobePDF.dll_64" from the .cab file. You can do this with WinZip or 7-Zip. Everything you need to extract is this file, nothing else... Once you have extracted it, remove the _64, so the name of the file is AdobePDF.dll.   You forgot to tell us where you try to save files. You may be trying to save them in directories protected like the root of %systemdrive%\lopr.txt, Program Files or Windows. After you protect the directories is common with many modern exploitation, not only Windows Vista and Windows 7 systems. It's a good thing if you think that whether or not.

  What is not not the administrator, even if you are running in an administrator account (no best practices - see below), you still need to raise the privilege when overall changes to the operating system.

  If you try to save files in your user directory and failing, please let us know. Otherwise the OS works as expected.
