  Good question, we have not yet added the drag and drop external events. One of the reasons was there were not so many cases of use where this is necessary, but for two months after the release of the apex 5.0, I met individual request for this feature. If you don't mind, I'll be glad to hear your story and why you should use this and in what context.

  RTL is supported through the language of the calendar. All what you need to do is change the main language of your app to Arabic, and it will pick up all the parameters that goes with this particular language including the RTL settings.

• Drag and drop - lots of sources to a Drop target

  I have a D & D built scenario where I have 13 objects potential drag, enter a single drop zone. I have the set drop target to accept all the potential that they may all be considered "correct" its a learning experience, not a question of quiz, as well as several items can be deleted. I want to count to 5 and then offer the opportunity to continue to the next section.

  I wonder, to simply count items 5 (in any combination), I would just do a conditional action called "correct" and then set it to zero... and then when an article is accepted, a tip action sets 'proper' fix + 1. and then a conditional action would trigger the 'next' button and the message when correct was equal to 5?

  I did something similar from the selections with buttons, but not with the drag and drop. Does anyone have an overview of how to count the elements correctly deleted? When my account hits 5 fell, I want to bring up the 'Thank you now extend' option.

  It is a possible workflow, I used a tip action, but if you want to do this more than once, or to different numbers of counter, I propose to create a joint instead. Will try to explain my work flow (did not use the 13 7 do but drag sources, my account was created to3):

  1. Create a v_counter variable user, with the default value 0
  2. Create interaction D & D according to the normal procedure, BUT do not forget to assign a type to the drag_sources; that will make it easier not only to create the interaction (you need only a single link from 'type' to the target) to affect the action. I've created a «Ellips» type
  3. Create the message appears when the user drags the correct number of objects, and the next button, but both are invisible in the properties panel. I have marked their 'Star' (for the message) and BtNext
  4. Create an advanced (or shared action) which will be conditional with two decisions, the first decision is a Standard measure simulated to increment the counter. Then, check the meter and displays the message and button if the number is correct.
  5. Assign to this fast action to the action object column (see Format tab for the Actions of the object in case button you are on CP8) for the type.

• Drag and drop small objects of MC

  I build a project with dots (6 X 6) as the user drags/drops on a part of the scene. These should be small, but "understandable" with the pointer of the mouse (or platforms key activated using a stylus point). I tried, unsuccessfully so far, to create these as MC inside the largest (14 X 14) points (also MC) alpha value of 0 so the greater surrounding area does not show, but would catch the smallest point MC inside. So far, does not work. The smallest point train/drops OK, but the top layer more transparent alpha of the MC shows no sign of being caught. Not sure if it is possible to drag and drop. Essentially, what I'm trying to do is set up a handful of surrounding transparent grag to facilitate the smallest point drag and drop without obstructing the area/view on which it must be positioned/deleted. Prefer not to use an element of third party for the transformation handles, if possible.

  Maybe there's a better way to do it?

  Specific measures / suggestions to achieve this, appreciated.

  If you know what you're doing in Code view, you can cut and paste the corresponding Spry code anywhere you like between theandTags.  If you're not good with code, you should probably start over.  Position the mouse where you want the tabs appear and switch to Split mode so you can see where you are in relation to the code.

  I am trying to create a planner of degree two page for students of my institution.  The first page will be of the degree requirements. The second page will be a blank template for several semesters courses planning... like a big grid. See below:

  Are there other ways to solve this problem? Could I set up on the first page a logic to determine what the requirements are again... then have an army of drop-down lists on the second page that contain values of other requirements?

  No, it is not possible to drag - move in a PDF form.

  The model is suitable for a question-and-answer format by which you use check boxes, drop-down lists, radio buttons, etc. for data capture. In your case, you could do data capture on page 1 and link responses to the calendar on page two.

• Cannot move or drag-and - drop files/folders on desktop

  The other day I noticed that I could not move or drag-and - drop folders or files on my desk.  Even with photos, etc.  When I try to move them into the office, following shadow file the mouse as usual, but when I left to go to the let down, I get a small black circle with a line through it.  This indicates that the procedure is not allowed.  Do not hesitate to offer easy solutions/advice, that I may have missed it, but trust me, I googled several tips on what to do with no luck!  I even did a backup of the registry to try a 'dragdropfix.reg' that I found, but this info was from 2004.  When I tried, I got the message: "cannot import c:\Documents and Settings, etc., etc\dragdropfix.reg the specified file is not a registry script.  You can only import binary registry files in the registry editor. (whatever that means)

  I found I can add new folders, files and images for the office and can delete them.  I can't, however, drag-and - drop into another folder on the desktop. I can't also drag them into the trash to delete, but I can right-click and then delete them.

  I tried the simpler options to right click on the desktop to make the various advice offered by doing this, but the chance either.  Please offer advice, even if you think I can have already tried.  You never know.

  I am running Windows XP Home Edition with IE 8.  If you need other info, please let me know and how to find it. I'd be happy.  It drives me crazy and I'm confident and hoping you ladies and gentlemen can offer advice on how to solve this problem!

  I drag and drop interactions in my class. I allowed for the correct drag auto shipping option and file the response. But when I publish the course and run the course online, there is a delay after drag / drop the right answer. There is no sign of loading or whatever it is. Just a delay, then I see the next slide.   I think the problem is with Actions that are currently assigned to the interaction. If you look closely, you will probably find that the slide is a break to 1.5 seconds. And the action assigned to the right answer is probably "continue." This means that play resumes and it takes another 1.5 seconds to visit the next slide.

  Try changing the action "Go to the next slide" and the delay must be eliminated.

• Drag and drop no longer works

  I'm running AE CS5.5 on Win7 XP Pro x 64.

  In order to save presets custom optical eruptions, I changed my AE "Run as Administrator" shortcut.

  Now when I run AE, I get asked "Run as Administrator" and I can't drag and drop to import images from Win Explorer.

  To avoid this, I went back to the shortcut and unchecked "Run as Administrator", but I always get prompt and manage to drag/import files.

  Anyone know the fix?

  Probably a problem with file associations and / or advanced the settings of UAC. You can exclude some AE of the UAC and see if that makes a difference...
