  I applied the RLM 7 patch (Patch # 8372141) on my environment of fmw.
  
  Environment details apply the hotfix:
  SOA Suite - 10.1.3.1 + 10.1.3.4
  O Patch 1.0 . 0.0.61
  MLR5 patch 7714967
  
  Before applying the patch, it was working fine and no problem.
  
  After you apply the fix, I could not connect to the BPEL Console URL, get the below error message

  Hi Suresh,

  Looks like the size of the file orabpel.ear is different from $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/oc4j_soa0/applications/orabpel.ear and $ORACLE_HOME/bpel/system/services/lib/orabpel.ear location. Could you please let me know their sizes, so that I can check cross in my environment.

  If it does not, then correct it please rollign back the RLM # 5 patch and see if there is plain 10.1.3.4 the work of the Group of hotfixes. Then, again applied the RLM # 5 and its no fix post.

  I have an asynchronous process that reads an xml file and insert the record in DB. The process works well, but today I found a strange behaviour that the process reads the file and inserted in the DB as well, but did not see the instance in the bpel console! I went through 10.1.3.3 guide, it is said in the process of the bpel console tab you could see "perform manual Recovery" for the retry mechanism. Is there a similar feature available in 10.1.3.4? If so, how can I achieve this?

• Connection using the BPEL Console error

  When I try to log in using the BPEL Console, I get the following error:
  "No area accessible to the user not connected."
  
  I tried to link "Goto BPEL Admin". I have not found any field it. I'm unable to add the new domain also.

  You can test the data sources for the container of oc4j_soa inside the Business Manager (hostname:7777 / em)?

• Hard drive is not reflected in the list of disks

  With the publication of the description, I understand that the hard drive is not reflected in the list of disks on your Windows 7 operating system. I will certainly help you get this problem.

  This problem can occur because of incorrect settings. In order to solve the problem, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if this is useful:

  Method 1: Troubleshooting hardware and devices

  Integrated the hardware and devices troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause problems with the equipment. I suggest you run the troubleshooter to check if there is no problem with the graphics card. See albums as follows:

  1. open Control Panel

  2. click Troubleshooting and select the option to display all on the left pane.

  3. click Troubleshooting of hardware and devices and follow the prompts.

  Try Method 2, if the problem persists

  Method 2: Make sure that the drive is enabled

  Follow the below mentioned steps to make sure that the drive is enabled:

  1. click on start and type device manager in the search box

  2. click on Device Manager in the control panel list

  3 locate the drives item in the list, and then click the small arrow to the right to expand the list of readers

  If a disk is disabled you will see an icon with an arrow pointing down on the icon of the hard disk

  If you see an icon with an arrow pointing down on the hard drive icon, double-click the icon and click on the button Activate peripheral

  4 then click on activate a device dialog box, click Next, and then click on finish

  5. click Close, and then close the Device Manager window

  Note: If you do not see your hard drive in the listed readers, the player is not detected by Windows.

  Note: If you receive an error message when the hard disk is activated, you can have a bad hard drive.

• DW changes not reflected in the browser

  Recent changes I made to the code are not reflected in the display in my browser. This includes the latest Firefox and IE8. Same thing in design and Live of DW views. For example, I just removed the code for a form in one of my pages in DW, present in preview in both browsers, and the form is still there even if I completely removed the code for the page. I thought that this could be a cache problem, but same result after I cleared the cache of Firefox. Also IE8 shows again the form too even if I had not tested the page in the browser at all in the recent past. I thought that after reviewing the FAQ here remove the WinFileCache might help, but has not changed anything. The form is always appear on the page in both browsers even if 'ghost' code has been completely removed from the page. This happened with another page of the other night, where I replaced a chart in the file, but the old graphic still appears in the browser. Looking for advice. Thank you.

• Bug: Changing computer name is not reflected in the existing task scheduler tasks

  I changed the name of my computer some time ago.

  Today, when I went to the Task Scheduler to add a new task, I got an error message:

  "An error has occurred for task [task name ]. Error message: the specified account name is not valid. »

  When I clicked OK to clear the error from the Task Scheduler open OK, but the task identified in the error is not in the list of tasks, which means that it was impossible to consider the task or correct the error.

  When I checked the file containing the details of the task, I found that the task remained the old computer name, i.e. it was not being updated when I changed the name of the computer, and so the task was now where the error and was apparently being hidden.

  This seems to be a bug.  Preferably, the account names must be updated if the computer name is changed, or at least the task is still visible in Task Scheduler.

  Patch 10.1. 3.4 must be installed on an advanced version of SOA 10.1.3.1. Since this is for change of domain name. If you install the patch for 10.1.3.3, basic install works fine... but it would not for 10.1.3.4

• Master page do not reflected in the related pages (was: new version of Muse certainly screwed things up.)

  A lot of questions to the same reference, but promary among them is the Master Page is not properly reflected on the pages in the browser.  They look good in the design window, but get screwed up when published.

  This problem is specific to the edition in British Colombia and IBE (in browser edition activated). We are working on a fix. In the meantime, you can avoid the problem by turning off "BIE" in the Panel "Advanced" to "file > Site Properties ' and publish again.

  Inline shape in HTML format in the/template/layout rather than a module probably so any changes made on the web form, an administrator be reflected.

  Different situations may occur depending on the implementation of this form, you will need to look at the issue. Could be a module and you are not updated to the more custom option code disks, it may be liquid and as an inclusion... Can be a few things, probably the first good.

  I have a very simple question.

  I have haven´t access to the service console ESX 4.0 for some time and today I need run commands to verify information on some host bus adapters.

  I logged a user then used 'su root' to switch to the ROOT user.

  I use Putty to connect to the Service Console.

  But when I try to execute the following commands it said "Command Not Found":

  vmkload_mod

  esxcfg-module

  I read VMware KBs, that say to use these commands for this version of ESX, but I can´t do run.

  I think the answer is something very simple, but I can´t find it.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  I have a user "CIS57" and which allows to connect as sysdba using OEM console all the time and worked very well.
  Now, I am only able to connect to the DB using the SYS as sysdba in the OEM Console and not able to use the CIS57 as sydba more.
  
  Any reason why I am not able to connect using this user ID in the OEM console. I used this CIS57 user to connect as sysdba all the time.
  Not sure why not able to connect using the same credentials now. Please advice

  (1) check the passowrd file is used or not

  SQL > show remote_login_passwordfile settings

  It should show exclusive.

  (2) if the password file is used to verify that user (CIS57) who appeared the problem exists in the password file by searching the v$ pwfile_users.

  SQL > select * from v$ pwfile_users.

  (3) if the user (CIS57) is there then connect to the database as sys/password@service_name
  and change the password of the CIS57.

  (4) if theCIS57 is not there in the password file can grant a sysdba role to this user.
