Notes using drag in a lesson published

Hello

Is it possible to give the student the opportunity to access the slide notes? It is a lesson with no audio, so there is no captioning. The lesson of Captivate were imported PowerPoint slides. In PowerPoint presentations, numerous slides have information in the Notes Panel that develops on the content represented in the main pane of PowerPoint. These annotations to the slides have been used by the trainers to expand on topics of lesson. Future instructors will use the lessons of Captivate, too, so I was wondering if there was a button, or what-have-you that I could activate so learners could access the notes slide that came in Captivate when I imported the PowerPoints. With no audio signal and therefore, no captioning, my idea is possible? I have 7 Captivate.

Thank you!

Not possible AFAIK. You can quickly turn them into CC. Or, you should have to copy/paste the annotations to the slides in pdf format and have a button to open the pdf file. Or you can copy and paste a container of text that is hidden and have a toggle to open/close button this text container?

  • You can download muse Web site is not using muse?

    Hi, I hope you can help.

    I designed a website using muse cc but I'm not hosting or download it. It's be handed over to a third party of the webguy encoder.

    What are the potential benefits will I need? And can the adobe download muse Web site is not using muse.

    What happened to my fonts if they come from fontkit and the person downloading the site isn't fontkit?

    As long as your "encoder" don't mess with embedded scripts and style definitions, fonts TypeKit will remain intact. It may not appear when editing the code, but in the browser. The rest is of no consequence. There are hundreds of different FTP clients or other ways to get your files on the server. Just put the entire folder of the published site.

  • Why can I not use hidden or display point only to store the value for insertion?

    Hi, gurus:

    I have a question:

    I implemented a form with the region of report in a page, the update works OK, but the add function has a problem:

    There is a column, offender_ID, which is a foreign key to another table, it must not be null during insertion. However, even I pass the ID of the author of the offence of master page when user click on the button create and he did watch in the form, it must be a text tabled for insert success, why can I not use hidden or display point only to store this value for insert? (If I use hidden or display single element insert will be successful, apex reports I tried to insert a null value for the offender_ID column.)

    Thanks in advance.

    I think that both hidden and display elements have attributes that can cause problems because of different ways these function elements as the only non-display and feature no hidden items. The only items have a "Save Session State' yes/no 'control'? This can be a problem.

    Would you do that? Do these regular items instead and see if you can get those working. Then, we will try to change the fields back to hidden or display only.

    Congratulations. I'm glad you found the solution.

    If we execute just this request again, contour O_Name is used as can be seen in:
    Select * from dba_outlines;
    It is used in the two schemas in DB, as we wish.

    But if we execute all the code above, it takes, to make all the xquery deals.
    O_Name OUTLINE is not used. Not even in the same pattern.
    You can try the above, in your machine to replicate.

    Please suggest how to do the work described in this case. As things do not work in our system at all because the query plan wrong by the above query on which we create the contour.
    Thank you...

    Maybe the XQuery Modules will build in a future version of the database.

    So please can you suggest a better way we can use so that we can avoid the dynamic xquery thing.

    Make the dynamic SQL set instead, not only the request XQuery and run it via EXECUTE IMMEDIATE or DBMS_SQL.
    This way, the CBO know XQ expression to analyze the time and be able to optimize it.

    I'm not a big fan of this approach, but the lack of something better.

  • Oracle 10.2.0.4 Index on the time stamp column not used when SYSTIMESTAMP is used.

    Hello
    I have a table with a timestamp (6) column B. About 300000 rows in the tables...
    I created index 'idx' on column B.

    When I compare the column 'B' with systimestamp, it does not use the index, whereas if I compare 'B' with sysdate it uses the index.

    For example:
    Select count (*) in a b where clause < = sysdate;

    The above used the subscript "idx" and executed in 1 second

    Select count (*) in a b where clause < = systimestamp;

    The foregoing does not use the index and performed in 19 seconds.

    Any clue?

    Thanks in advance

    Oracle uses the internal functions when you use SYSTIMESTAMP:

    Work around is to use TO_TIMESTAMP as shown below... Or define a function based index...

    You can check the performance querying against a column "TIMESTAMP WITH time ZONE SCHEDULE" issue link too

    Hello, I am trying to add a slide show on my page and it is visible in Design view, but not in preview, or when I publish. The page URL is http://thepeculiarpalette.businesscatalyst.com/artplates.html

    Here is a screenshot where it is supposed to be. The header text is not visible either. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    Hello

    I checked out the site, header text appears on the page and slideshow thumbnails also shows to the top, but the image on the page do not appear.

    Tried to check and can see this picture frame that is inserted into the main part extends to the bottom of the page and so overlaps the image on the page, try to reduce the size of the frame of the image that is used in the header section so that it does without overlaps with the hero image on the page.

  • Registered the domain does not link to Muse site has published

    Hello

    I created a site in Muse, he published in Business catalyst and assigned a domain registered on the site. When I now search this registered address, Safari and Firefox, suffice to say that they cannot connect to the server. I can still access my site through the businesscatalyst version, but I would have preferred it to be one that I paid for.

    I am a member of the creative cloud and this is my first site so I have not used one of my five slots free accommodation.

    How can I fix it?

    Hi Emily

    I think that you did a new delegation of the domain accordingly its is not pointing to your site.

    The domain is successfully added to the site, now you must go to your account registration office (where you bought the domain) and point the domain to the servers in BC using name server records.

    This document contains all the details:

  • query not using the index for some user

    Hello

    I have a query that is running in less than a second for sys, system, or schema owner. However, another user (test_user) take 30 seconds to run the same query.

    I certainly dba and privileges identical to test_user as schmea_user, but the result is the same.

    I checked

    Select * from V$ SYS_OPTIMIZER_ENV;

    Both are the same for both users.

    I have check the plan to explain to both users. I noticed that for sys/system/schema_owner, the query uses an index, but not the test_user.

    All have experience the issue where a user uses an index, but not the other?

    Thank you for any assistance.

    Thank you for the display of formatting output, this output is much easier to read.

    One of the first things you notice about the execution plans that is for the owner non-schema "SQL_ID, 0wcs85uywn72m, number of children 1" appears in the output of DBMS_XPLAN, while "SQL_ID 0wcs85uywn72m, child number 0" (the same SQL_ID but a different number of child) appears for the schema owner. "" Whereas the SQL_ID is the same, which indicates that the client requires exactly the same SQL statement, so it's a good start.

    Then, note that in the predicate for the nonschema owner information section the following appears (sometimes with the order of the two conditions switched in position) as a condition placed on each table that is available in the schema:

    filter(("SEAL_FLAG" IS NULL OR "SEAL_FLAG"'Y'))

    The above suggests the presence of the virtual private database (or a superset of private database virtual) generated the predicates. You should be able to confirm that this is the case by querying V$ VPD_POLICY using the SQL_ID which was displayed in the DBMS_XPLAN output:

    SELECT
      *
    FROM
      V$VPD_POLICY
    WHERE
      SQL_ID='0wcs85uywn72m';

    As a test, I made a few minor adjustments to the example on this page:
    http://Antognini.ch/2011/09/optimizer_secure_view_merging-and-VPD/
    I changed the name of T to T12 and TESTUSER table specified for the schema names. I then created the function S of this page as follows:

    CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION s (schema IN VARCHAR2, tab IN VARCHAR2) RETURN VARCHAR2 AS
    BEGIN
      RETURN 'ID < 10';
    END;
    /

    I then added a couple of lines in the T12 test table:

    INSERT INTO T12 VALUES (1,1,NULL);
    INSERT INTO T12 VALUES (4,1,NULL);
    INSERT INTO T12 VALUES (10,1,NULL);
    INSERT INTO T12 VALUES (12,1,NULL);

    COMMIT;

    With an active 10053 trace, I executed the following SQL statement:

    SELECT id, pad
      FROM t12
      WHERE
      spy(id, pad) = 1

    The SQL_ID (in my case, found in the 10053 trace file) was 6hqw5p9d8g8wf, so I checked V$ VPD_POLICY to this SQL_ID:

    SELECT
      *
    FROM
      V$VPD_POLICY
    WHERE
      SQL_ID='6hqw5p9d8g8wf';

    ADDRESS          PARADDR            SQL_HASH SQL_ID        CHILD_NUMBER OBJECT_OWNER OBJECT_NAME                    POLICY_GROUP                   POLICY                 POLICY_FUNCTION_OWNER          PREDICATE
    ---------------- ---------------- ---------- ------------- ------------ ------------ ------------------------------ ------------------------------ ---------------------- ------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    000007FFB7701608 000007FFB7743350 1518838670 6hqw5p9d8g8wf            0 TESTUSER     T12                            SYS_DEFAULT                    T_SEC                  TESTUSER                       ID < 10

    As noted above, the VPD test function named S added the predicate "ID".< 10"="" to="" the="" sql="">

    There are not many clues in the 10053 trace file in my test VPD generated additional predicates. Trace the following was found shortly after the beginning of the file (this is the SQL statement initially presented):

    ----- Current SQL Statement for this session (sql_id=6hqw5p9d8g8wf) -----
    SELECT id, pad
      FROM t12
      WHERE
      spy(id, pad) = 1

    I searched then down in the trace for final after changes query file (to be noted that this sentence could be slightly different in different versions of database Oracle). That's what I found:

    Final query after transformations: ******* UNPARSED QUERY IS *******
    SELECT "T12"."ID" "ID","T12"."PAD" "PAD" FROM "TESTUSER"."T12" "T12" WHERE "TESTUSER"."SPY"("T12"."ID","T12"."PAD")=1 AND "T12"."ID"<10

    If V$ VPD_POLICY revealed that there are virtual private database (VPD) generated predicates applied to the SQL statement, take a look at the following article in the Oracle documentation library:
    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/B28359_01/network.111/B28531/VPD.htm

    This article lists the different points of view, who can be interviewed to learn more about the VPD rules which are in force in the schema. For example, with my SPV test:

    SELECT
      *
    FROM
      ALL_POLICIES;

    OBJECT_OWNER OBJECT_NAME POLICY_GROUP POLICY_NAME PF_OWNER PACKAGE FUNCTION SEL INS UPD DEL IDX CHK ENA STA POLICY_TYPE LON
    ------------------------------ ------------------------------ ----------------------------- ------------------------------ ------------------------------ ----------------------------- ------------------------------ --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ------------------------ ---
    TESTUSER T12 SYS_DEFAULT T_SEC TESTUSER S YES YES YES YES NO NO YES NO DYNAMIC NO

    He knows performance issues related to the use of VPD, some of which are Oracle Database version-dependent, and some have been fixed in recent versions. Take a look at the following articles if you have access to My Oracle Support:
    MetaLink (MOS) Doc ID 728292.1 ' known performance problems when you use transparent encryption data and indexes on the encrypted columns.
    MetaLink (MOS) Doc ID 967042.1 "How to investigate Query Performance regressions Caused by VPD (FGAC) predicates?"

    You might find working through the second of the above that the problem is caused by a bug in database Oracle.

    On a side note. Execution plans you have published include the 0 value in the column starts many of the operations in the execution plan. 0 indicates that the operation never actually executed. A 0 is included in the column starts on the line that includes the FULL ACCESS of TABLE of PEOPLE_TRANSACTIONS at least to the OPC. Value 123, a full table of PEOPLE_TRANSACTIONS table scan PROPERTY_CONTAINER_ID was not actually performed.

  • Identify a tablespace that is not used in the database

    Hello

    How to find the tablespace that is not assigned to any user? Note that I have a table partition in which there is table space where the records will be placed in the future based on the requirement on this partition table. I gave the unlimited tablespace on these tablespace privilege for the user. How to find storage space that is not used at any time in the database?

    Kind regards

    According to my understanding of your question

    To check the quota on the tablespace use query below:

    SELECT * FROM dba_ts_quotas WHERE username = "XXXX";

    to check the default tablespace use the following query:

    Select USER_USERS from dba_users where username = 'XXXX '.

    How to find storage space that is not used at any time in the database?

    Use view dba_data_files for space used for the tablespace.

    I hope this help you
