Nothing happens when I try to print a document

I have a Samsung Windows 10 laptop. Adobe Reader is updated to the latest version, but when I print a document, nothing happens. I tried restaring the Printer Spooler service and reinstall Adobe Reader and printer, but still I can't print documents. Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.

Do you have an error message when you try to print?

Is this a problem with a specific PDF file? Try to print any other PDF and check if it works or not.

    3. What is the number and model of the printer?
    4. You use any program to print the document?
    5. Are you experiencing a similar problem with any program that allows you to print?

    • under Documents, change "Show the documents in PDF/A mode" Never.

    If you happen be running Windows 7 Starter Edition or Basic...
    a DVD decoder is not included.

    As you can see in the following article... MS recommends
    upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium, Ultimate or business.

    There are no errors during installation.

    • Update drive to 11.0.6
    • You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
    • If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script
