  I'm not sure what I did to fix it, but the installed annoying file itself. Here are the steps I took to learn that annoying file has been installed:

  Try to download and install manually by download on your desktop and install them one by one.   If this does not work, try a boot minimum http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 and then make the facilities.  If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem.   Follow the procedures described in the article.  Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall.  Once remember to put Vista in normal status, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work.

• Black screen after update of Microsoft Windows 7

  After you install automatic updates on 04/16/10, Windows 7 is no longer load.  After the manufacturer splash screen (Dell), the screen goes black with the cursor at the top left.  Cannot start in safe mode.  Used the recovery disc for restore to the point just before the updates, but the problem persists.  I'm now restore to factory settings.  Most of the messages on this problem point to video drivers, but since I can't get a Safe Mode option, I don't think that the question is a video driver.  After that I restored, I fear that it will recreate the problem to apply updates.  No one knows exactly what causes this?  I do not like to disable automatic updates, but do not know what else to do.

  If you already have a factory restore, then you can create a System Image first.  Then update all your hardware drivers.  It is better to go to the website of the hardware manufacturer to obtain the latest drivers.  Then run Windows Update, until no more updates only is presented.  Then install all the programs gone 3.

  Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

  1. a System Restore to before the updates:

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

  If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

  If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

  Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

  System restore steps according to the info above.

  2. click on start > right click on computer > properties > Windows updates down the lower left corner > updates installed in the lower left corner in the next window

  > then click the one that you don't want > uninstall will appear at the top > uninstall it.

  2.24.00.32 is a 32-bit driver, but you said that you have a 64 bit OS. So I don't know if you really have a 32 bit OS or you are actually looking for 2.24.00.64. So, here are the two (use Package update for Microsoft Windows format):
