  Hi Muzzik, the idea is to use the integrated update in "About Firefox" dialog box. Here's how to find it:

  Firefox on Windows can have two different menus. One you have?

  • "Firefox" button in the upper left corner with a small triangle pointing downwards and an orange background (purple in a private window)
  • classic menu bar (File, Edit, View...)

  If you have the orange Firefox button, click on that and are looking for help on the right side, expand the menu and click on Firefox.

  If you have the classic menu bar, use the help to the rightmost menu and click on Firefox.

  If you are using XP, you can go to control panel | Default programs and OE as the default e-mail program.  Also, you can start OE and then go to tools | Options and make the default program here.  If WLM hide shortcuts for OE, then click Start | Run and copy and paste this and include the quotation marks:

  "c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe".

  and who should start OE.

  [1] which version of Vista you are running?
  [2] which folder you are trying to delete?

  Click the button START/Pearl and in the LINE RUN type "cmd" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.

  Once in DOS:
  Type "winver" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.
  This will give you the exact version of Windows you are using.

  Also, copy and paste everything between the lines in the BACK window.
  Where is the account you used.

  Then log in as you and try again.

  If it does not go back in the DOS window
  Click the button START/Pearl and in the LINE RUN type "cmd" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.

  I'll put up for our University editing room which has a CC license "per machine". It is a PC facility. This machine will be used by a class of students who will register with their own credentials. I need to set preferences for the first (video output, default working space planning etc. discs) so that it is the same for all users connecting from us want a consistent configuration for educational purposes and not want to help every student to configure so that it displays correctly on monitors.
