  I have ' tried to download the disc Image of Windows 7 (ISO file), but when I insert my product key, the system cannot check it.

I don't know if they are related, but I think so. Spent so much time trying to solve this problem and would be really grateful for the help. Have had the computer for less than 3 weeks...

Clicking on accept or decline does not a doggone thing. I don't have the problem with Google Chrome, but I really prefer to use Firefox. My world will not end if you do not resolve the problem, but it would be nice if you could. I live in the Philippines, so that might be a factor.
