  When I open the Advanced Search Options, I can add fileextensions and customize them as a filter property or goods and the contentfilter ONLY.

  There are a lot of other xml e. f. filter-filter, filter html etc.

  Is is possible to add fileextensions and use a filter more than only the cleartextfilter or properties of filter.

  Example: I add a filetype .ok. This file contains xml code. When I serch for the content, the content of the file 'ok' is not displayed.

  When I rename the file with the extension "xml", Windows Search shows me the content.

  So, if anyone has any idea I will be very grateful.

  If you are uncomfortable with changing things in the registry, you can.  (WARNING: playing with registry can destroy your computer.)  In the registry editor, see HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xml.  See how there are string values called PerceivedType and Type of text/xml content with the text, and an entry named PersistentHandler with a string value named (default) set to {7E9D8D44-6926-426F-AA2B-217A819A5CCE}.  You want to go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ok and put new it values of string such as .xml.

  You can copy the following lines, paste it into a txt file, rename with txt changed to reg, and then run the reg file.  Which will create your registry required and programming changes will appear in the Indexing Options in the way you wanted.

• Many sheets in Excel to PDF conversion - page numbers for all the leaves, not individual leaves

  I need to convert the number of sheets in Excel in a single PDF file.  If I select each sheet with a personalised décor, page numbers for this journal (1 of 10) (1 of 5), etc.  When I select multiple sheets, the page numbers through the leaves.  Instead, it is from 1 to 15.  Make sense?  How can I tell Adobe to let alone individual page numbers?  Thanks for your help!

  Hi Penny,

  This feature has been changed to provide the same page, numbering of the Excel experience provides when you print your workbook or worksheets to other printers.

  It is possible to convert each worksheet as a PDF and then combine these PDFs resulting. Who will provide the numbering of the page that allows you to get.

  Making the print-to-pdf and then combine is to use Ribbon Excel PDFMaker "Create PDF and perform the Action" button.

  You can create an Action that uses the functionality of harvesters or Acrobat watermark to add page numbers as you wish.

• Page numbers ignores all other pages

  I have a client who wants to print front and back, but have a number of page only on the front (odd numbered pages)

  The result would be page 1... (1), second page... (without number), page three... (2), page 4... (without number), page 5... (3), and so on.

  How should take to set this up?

  Prety much, you must do this manually.

  Is to set up a new section every other page and set the number of departure, so you can use an automatic page number marker. Another is to add frames to keep the number on only one side of the spread of the master, and then run a numbered list to a text file. It is better at the end, in the case of random pages when editing.

• Assignment of sequential numbers for all lines in a group of records

  The scenario is:
  This Recordset with group number, let's say 100 (group number) contains 7 rows/records. How to assign numbers (sequential) line for each line within these groups on the fly during the mapping process before inserting these lines set in the target. I know it's easy to achieve in a procedure, but do not know how to do the mapping.

• I can not read PDF files in my e-mails. It opens with a few letters, numbers, symbols all jumbled. What's wrong?

  It seems that it does not open with Adobe. Is this correct?

  Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  Click: Choose [default] program.
  Letter: Adobe Reader.

• My tags and filters disappear when I migrate to another computer. How to get those back?

  I use Thunderbird to work, and I need to use several computers (desktop and laptop - Mac). I was able to successfully migrate everything by copying the profile folder, but the tags and filters exceed. The address book either, but I just use the import/export for this tool. I crept over all files filter, but it still does not. I manually create tags, but when I mark an e-mail on one computer, it won't label it on the other.

• How to activate the filters in the new version of Photoshop CS2?

  I downloaded and installed the revised 'legacy' of Photoshop CS2 using the new activation code for a new facility to clean.

  On the surface, everything is OK, except...

  (1) you are prompted several times to record whenever he opens

  (2) seems impossible to activate or import filters and other files in the folder < Goodies > and the program tells me that < MSVCRT10.dll > is missing when it is there all along in the c:\PhSp_CS2_UE_Ret\Goodies\Optional Plug-Ins\Ffactory > folder

  If the filters that don't work are filters made with filter factory or filter plant itself which does not work, are just grayed out in the menu filters filter?

  The factory filter only works with 8-bit/channel and RGB color documents, if your other files as psd or hair could be 16 bits/channel or one color other than RGB color mode.

  With one of the affected files open and you go Image > Mode, which menu items are checked?

  You can post a screenshot so that we can see the Panel layers and image.

• Reverse possible filtering?

  I have a large number of images from a trip (10,000 inhabitants). So far, I have colored coded 2 sites with blue & green. Now obviously I can filter by either color & see these photos. Is it possible that I can see all the images that are not coded. It's the blue & Green filter so I can browse the images not only coded?  For example, I would like to add a (red) filter to another location, and then does not show the blue-green or red.

  Just for your info, I'm doing this as a crude filtering before sides or collections. I think it would allow me to crop images & make it easier to go through. With the help of LR 3.5

  Sure... Notice how there are 5 colors, but 7 options in the filtering filter bar?  Highlight the other two and look at ToolTips.

• Running a report by using another report filtering

  There are really two questions in this post:
  
  (i) is there an easier way to select all the contacts who never responded positively to a campaign to filter our report using the output of another report that selects all contacts who have responded positively at a campaign? Although this approach works fine, I was able to successfully run the report on a small sample of the data set. The report, including all contacts who have responded positively at a campaign contains about 8 k record, and our system contains about 12 k contacts. When I ran the report on the full data set, I was unable to get any output even after a wait of 10 ~ 15 minutes.
  
  (II) if I use the right approach, does anyone know if CRMOD can manage a report filtered on another report with a set of data size described above?
  
  Any help/comments would be greatly appreciated.

  Hey,.

  Yes you can do it. Run a historical even if analysis as it is a bit large on the treatment. You have two options here,

  1. create a report with all contacts. Create a report with the Contacts that have responded negatively. Create a report with the Contacts that were created in a positive way. Use the button "Combine Analyses" to end two reports LESS from the beginning. (I'll guess it's what you do)

  2. create the three reports above, this time in the 1st report select your 'Contact-ID' field and use the filter 'Advanced' - 'filter based on a column in another State. You can actually say show me all Contact ID that are not in this report. Do this with the two reports (it works better, but you can't take 8 193 ID in all report filter)

• Application of Pixel Bender filters on some MediaElements

  I want to apply a Pixel Bender filter to an ImageElement. In general, I do this as:

  Now ImageElement does not support the parameter .filters. Are there plans for this feature in a future release of OSMF? Or are there different ways to apply a Pixel Bender filter? Thank you

  If you are working with the MediaPlayer, then you can assign the filter property of the MediaPlayer displayObject once the image is loaded:

  If you work with the ImageElement directly (and unfortunately), then you will need to access DisplayObjectTrait element, which holds the DisplayObject.

  to change the amount that the filter is running, you set the new value to shader.data.amount.value and then you reapply the shader object:

  you might want to try to change the settings and see if that makes the right thing now, I see nothing wrong with the code snippet you posted.

  To remove all characters except the 10 digits, you can use REGEXP_REPLACE

  REGEXP_REPLACE (str, '\D')

  To put a "0" at the beginning of the string (if it isn't already begin with a '0'), you can use REGEXP_REPLACE even once:

  REGEXP_REPLACE (REGEXP_REPLACE (str, '\D')

  , '^([^0])'

  , "0\1".

  )

  I don't think that there is a way to do both things wih a single integrated function call.

  There is a requirement on the length being 11?  What happens if that comes into conflict with one of the other requirements?  For example, if the string is already long of 11 characters, but does not begin with a '0', do you want to add a "0", which makes 12 characters?  What happens if the length, after removing the numbers no, is very small, say 1?  (You can use LPAD adds however many ' 0 s you need.)  If the length (after removing the numbers) is 12 or more?  What happens if the string does not contain any what numbers at all?

  If these things are questions, then post CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements for some examples of data, accurate results, you want that data, and explanations.

  I run FrameMaker unstructured 12 and FrameMaker 11 (for use with only the heritage project files) on a Win7 PC. The chapters in my FM11 file book for guide increment a new product user normally in FM11, but something bad, after you save the formatted FM 12 FM 11 project files.
  The book file includes:
  -Product Guide Cover.fm
  -Product GuideTOC.fm
  -Product GuideLOF.fm (list of Figures)
  -Product GuideLOT.fm (list of Tables)
  -Product GuideContent.fm (chapters 1-10) - book files dialing properties: Chapter 1 (digital)
  -Product GuideIX.fm (Index) (Chapter 11) - book files dialing properties: Chapter 2 (digital)
  
  Note: The chapter headings (e.g. 1 - Introduction, 2 - Specifications and so on) in the product GuideContent.fm and GuideIX.fm files are in the format paragraph Designer like: (the Auto-Numbering Format enabled) H: < n + > \t
  However, when I update the book, the Index seems formatted as Chapter 1 instead of Chapter 11. It seems that the conversion to FM 12 messed autodial in the product file GuideIX.fm, so that the only way to increment the value would be to manually update the building blocks in the file to H: IX.fm \t H: < n + > < n = 11 > \t (which I do not). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  Hi Ran,

  It's for anyone finding the subject, given that you and I come to chat with a screen sharing...

  After watching your files, the "chapter number" are really only section numbers, with all 10 of them in the same file FM. That means that really impossible to use the <$chapnum>for many of them and the index.

  In most cases, you would be still able to use the Fm 5.0 manually counting technique paragraphs title with an indicator of the series and the counter (e.g. H:), but you also have a number of positions within blocks of text not included in the stream.

  This seems to be your address update index position correctly.

  So, the only way to get the appropriate index number is to control it manually. You have at least 3 choices:

  1. Enter it manually
  2. Manually enter the AutoNumber box for the index
  3. Enter it manually in the numbering section of the dialing properties tab.

  However, all these things are extra bandages on top of your existing bandages, and I prefer to see the problems resolved instead of the 3 'Hacks' I have provided.

  For the sake of closure, please check the question if this seems to be specific for you.
