  Hi, I have a problem after the update successfully from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9. All the upgrade steps are successfully completed. But the analysis is down with the error below. Presentation server seems to be down and will not start. Sometimes it starts and still the same error. Any help would be appreciated.

  The problem has been resolved by removing the Active Directory (MSAD) of the list of suppliers and creating a new bisystemuser in the defaultauthenticator.

• Error 500 - Internal error of RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol Server

  We encounter the following error message when you browse the dashboards / reports through OBIEE: "Error 500 - internal server of RFC 2068 Hyperion Transfer Protocol error.

  This error occurred when browsing page of a dashboard to another or they get kicked out of the session and must reconnect.

  Anyone who has experienced the same front?

  This happens to a known issue with OBIEE 11.1.1.6.8 in which the server tends to have memory leaks due to excessive use of memory by OBIPS. Then, this causes the error and users kicked out of sessions when an intensive query is executed. Fix has been upgraded to 11.1.1.12.

• I can't load any web pages (500 Internal Server Error)

  I can't currently load web pages when using Firefox. I get a "500 Internal Server Error" standard page on each site. I tried with IE and there is no problem in loading pages.

  I tried to create a new profile, uninstalling and reinstalling, put to upgrade to Firefox 4 (used previously 3) and uninstalling and wiping all profile information, but nothing has worked.

  The problem began when a video player in Flash has crashed (channel4.com). Windows has been completely insensitive and I couldn't exit the full screen video. I tried pressing ESC, ctrl + ESC, ctrl + alt + delete etc but nothing worked and I had to hold the power button on the tower for 4 seconds to turn it off. When I started upward again once I was introduced to the screen when Windows fails to load normally and I chose the "start Windows normally", that had started Windows successfully. Since then I been unabe to view web pages in Fireox, I always get the 500 Internal Server Error page.

  It is a strange and I'm out of ideas, any help would be appreciated because I really want to go back to using Firefox!

  What security (firewall) software do you have?

  One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

  Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container.

  I don't like to repeat the same advice, but this issue cannot be resolved here in ths forum. You need to go to the web site operator and ask them to determine the problem. We cannot look in the logs of the server for you, even if you * were * willing to disclose the URL.

• HTTP 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

  Hello team,

  I get this error HTTP 500 Internal Server Error whenever I try to access our predetermined (2).

  I can access the other 3 very well.

  Two of my other coworkes can access ALL predetermined very well.  It just seems to be local to my machine.

  I still am able to confduct exports and scripts for action for the hierarchy with no problems.

  Anyone have any ideas?
