  I make a PDF form to fill in all fields. I have a lot of checkboxes so then and in each section I had copy pasted from the box to keep them all the same size. However, now, these check boxes are all related, and when you select one, it checks all. Is it possible to separate these back and create new boxes for each field?

  Unfortunately, you have to go to the properties of each box and give them all a unique name.

  It is a feature of the application to give naturally copy/paste of items of the same name, but would be nice if it didn't and that's the option you had to opt for.

  File Manager is not a word processor or a laptop. Then, to my knowledge you cannot paste text there.

  Paste your collection of references in a text file and then save this file in the location you want with file manager: this seems much more logical for me at least.

  somehow, it is impossible to copy and paste objects (text, shapes, images etc.) in Keynote from one slide to another, or within the existing slide. using keyboard shortcuts and menu functions do not work. just copied objects do not appear. no idea why this phenomenon occurs?

  When I choose the Cup that works partially - the object disappears, however it is not possible to bring it using Paste.

  Designer of copy & glue a rectangle that has a gradient background, of a file to a lot of new files. every time that changes color for the gradient. not a lot - but enough to turn red orange. I was not personally witness to the c & p, but I checked the colors on the gradient sliders and they are different. Is it possible? or am I worthless? any help will be greatly appreciated!

  The documents have different color profiles.

  If you're going in Edition > color settings and tick 'ask when pasting' under profile of incompatibilities, you will be presented with this dialog box (Self explaining):

  

  Of course, the real question is what the document should be the profile. It depends on the use and destination.

  Exactly, what determines where an object is pasted into a document Pages 09 and is it possible to click and point so a floating image is inserted at a specific time?

  I work with two very large documents (900 inches wide by 11 inches high) containing areas of text and images.

  Document 1 is a rough work space where I assemble images and possible captions for a photo essay. Document 2 is where to place the caption of the image units, while keeping the separate objects. All the objects in the two docs are floating; None of them are online. I scroll back to work on the docs and drag and modify freely.

  I found that when I'm trying to copy and paste an object 1 Doc 2 Doc, if I first click on an object in the Doc 2, element Doc 1 copied will be pasted next to the Doc 2 object (which is usually on the right side of the document, since I work mostly from left to right). But other times it does not work: the object, I'm sticking will appear somewhere in the Middle, or well left of the Doc 2. Which means that I have to drag the path to the right, where I want to. It may take a very long time.

  I know it is not random, but I just can't understand what governs the implementation of an item floating in a document where nothing is online.

  I'm even ready to enter the coordinates of the extreme-right for an object sticking pages left. But Pages don't let me do.

  This is certainly a very large document.  But try this:

  If there is text after copying the photo and caption in the doc 1, doc 2 (probably your final document), click in the text in the area where you want to paste.  Then the dough, using the command paste in the Edit drop-down list or v on the keyboard command.  That should put the issue in the vicinity where you want.  Then, if it ends up being 'inline', use the Inspector on the right panel and reset the objects "float".  It should work.  However, I, too, find a little strange 5.6.1 Pages.  I prefer Pages ' 09.  He has a lot more flexibility.

  Hi Amit,

  Welcome to OTN.

  You disable the control keys and right mouse click on the text entry using javascript and the client listener.

  If you want to copy (not move) a layer to another file, click and drag the layer in the layers Panel on the other image.

  'Move' means remove the layer from the source file.

• I can copy a URL, but may not be able to paste into the body of an e-mail message. Also the hypelink doen't it. I don't have this problem with Internet Explorer...

  When I copy a URL and go to paste it into an email, it will not stick. Another box opens. I can paste the URL in the subject line, but doesn't hyperlink it. (blue) When you use Internet Explorer, I don't have this problem. I'm new to FF with a new computer.

  Paste a link in the subject line does not a link so that the part is normal. But being not not able to paste into the body of the e-mail is not. I can't think of a reason that would happen. What email program are you using?

  I copy a folder (contains several subfolders and files) and paste it into another file, the old file is updated every day with a new file and I copy the entire folder and paste it in later.

  You cannot copy paste files files that are present.  You can move and then allow those you want and exclude those that you do not.

  I'm not what you mean... Start by describing what tools or methods that you use to extract these pages.

  What you write in the first sentence is not true, however. In the dialogue window extract Pages, you can choose whether or not to delete the extracted pages of the original file and extract them as individual pages or not. If you UN-select both options, you will get a single file that contains the pages you have checked out, and they will not be deleted from the original file.

  HM, I just realized, there is an option 'double page' for the TAB containers and it's magic for me, creates the exact copy of all the objects

  How can I copy and paste a complete email, text, AND images in Vista Winmail? When I try, I highlight text and images and copy all the t5he highlighted text and images, but when I paste into Word or Notebook, the text has been copied, with empty spaces where the photos were.
