  Hello I am posting this because I looked all around the Internet for a solution without success. I had recently upgraded my office at 10 Windows of Windows 8 and when it asks me to connect to my profile I can no longer use the mouse or the keyboard.   I thought about it on mine seeing as how I've renounced. For everyone knows this, go to this site https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/ and click on download tool, it's a tool that put the files for 10 Windows on a usb key that instinct ions are below the download link. Once you have it on the usb plug it into the computer made and start in recovery mode. Then click on reset the pc and follow the prompts.

  I have a HP Officejet 4620 all-in-one that I try to use with my desktop computer. The printer has been added to my home network, and I added the printer to my computer via the tab "Devices" Control Panel settings, but when I try to print, nothing happens. The printer icon appears in the bottom right of the task bar that says the printer has "0 documents pending. Strangely, another computer in the office at home, also running Windows 10, can connect and no problem printing to the printer. I tried to install/reinstall the drivers, reset my computer, reconnect with and without a cord USB, and none of this helps. Any ideas on how to solve the problem? My computer was running on Windows 7 until this month when I updated for Windows 10, so I don't know if it's part of the problem or not.

  I see that you are unable to print to your printer HP Officejet 4620. I'd be happy to help you with this. Looks like the driver is damaged.

  The software and the driver could have gotten corrupt, so we will need to remove it and reinstall.

  First of all. Please follow the steps in this guide:

  • HP printers - printer problems after upgrade to Windows 10
  • Run Windows updates, keep your computer current with updates for Windows.

  If the problem persists, follow these steps to see if you can solve the problem.
  Let's start by cleaning up your computer.

  • Cleaning disc in Windows 10.
  • Perform the clean boot in Windows 10 / 8 / 7.
  • Use the System File Checker tool to repair the missing or damaged system files. It's always a good idea to back up your data before proceeding.
  • File system check (SFC) analysis and repair system files & DISM to fix things that are not SFC.

  To properly remove the printer and drivers, follow the steps in this Post by my colleague @X-23.
