  • dll from System 32 error code (0 x 300000030)

    dll from System 32 error code (0 x 300000030)

First of all, if you have gone through your windows folder, you might be familiar with the name of the system32 folder. This is a very important issue and part of your operating system without which your system may not work at all. Some consider it as the brains of the operation because it contains many dll files in what is active and runing in every process of your system. As it is an important part of your operation, I want to tell you to keep away from this folder and never delete or change anything. It's all about your system 32 folder located in your windows folder. This has nothing to do with system32.dll.

System32.dll is a Trojan called harnig. Harnig Trojan isn't part of your operating system and is a very harmful infected file that will give all your information navigation to advertisers and sponsors. It can also result in loss of data and information from your system. The developer of this Trojan must were smart by naming "system32" to confuse people because the experts always fear users to stay away from the system32 folder.

Now that you know the difference, you do not necessarily have to deal with these problems by yourself. But if you have a missing dll file or a file that is corrupted in your system 32 folder, you can try some easy stuff for yourself. First of all, you can try the system restore to an earlier date which is a good way to fix many problems by taking your computer to the date of the last when your operating system have saved all of your settings. You can easily do this by restarting your computer. Once the computer stops and tries to start again you must press f8 until you see the black screen with options and then select 'safe mode' and choose the option to start windows system restore. If this does not work, you can try another way by the same procedure that is, restart your computer and press F8, but instead select "safe mode", select "Start using last good known Configuration".

Now, all these things might or might not help you fix or replace your system32.dll files. But how can you be sure that there is a corrupt or a dll file missing in your system 32 folder? Because their could be a virus in your system 32 folder that is if other dll files. It could be something similar to the system32.dll file. You can easily solve the problem of virus system32.dll and another problem of dll with the help of a good registry cleaner that got all of the definitions and the dll files library.

Here's a quick fix, do not guarantee to fix but it's worth it.

Look for your operating system for dbghelp.dll drive. Check the advanced options, search records system, search for hidden files and folders, and search subfolders. Close programs as much as possible. Make sure the results show one in Windows/system32 and other in Windows\system32\dllcache. Right-click on the Windows /system32 and delete it. Wait a few seconds and the supplementary search. You should see it was added back in the dllcache folder and we're in recycler as the image below...

NOTE: My Windows is under WINNT. Yours is probably Windows.

Restart the computer and see if the problem goes away.

  • Cannot start the computer (error hal.dll)

Hi, I use Windows xp and when it loads, it says:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
    \System32\hal.dll
Please reinstall a copy of the top of the queue.

I have the original Windows xp cd and when I boot from the cd the blue screen comes up saying "Windows Setup".
It automatically start doing something and then he stuck to "ACPI Plug & Play bus driver. Stucks HE there for a while and when it ends, I got an error message that says: "file acpi.sys cause unexpected error (32768) to 5964 in d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\setup.c line."

And when I press any button it just restarts the computer and it makes a loop in this way.
And by the way, safe mode and all the other modes do not work, I get the same error for hal.dll, and I can't reach the office.

    Help, please!

UPDATE: this time I received the error "acpi.sys file caused...". "now, I got that it's corrupted.

It is extremely unlikely that the hal.dll file is missing or damaged.

It is extremely likely that XP just cannot find the file.

I have no idea what you have tried so far things - have you tried to do a repair installation?

For this error, I first start in the XP Recovery Console (by pressing 'R' of your bootable CD) and run chkdsk /r on your system and then see how things appear after that, but try this notice from the Support Engineer and see how it works.

If you can't get into the Recovery Console any CD you or you are not sure what type of bootable media you have, you should make a bootable CD from the Console of the Recovery XP (no XP media required) and do not forget what you have.

Since the Microsoft Answers forum does not have any kind of information system request when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system.  Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

Thank you MS Answers, allowing the resolution of simple problems as frustrating and a lot of time as possible.

Provide information on your system, the better you can:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Your system's disks IDE or SATA drives?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

I get the message RunDLL32.exe, procedure entry point_except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link librarymsvcrt.dll. What should I do?

I had starting problems, boot loop, I think it seems to have been resolved by using the last known good configuration, but I get this popup dialog box. I've not closed for fear that it will start XP looping again.

    Hi EddieBryan,

    1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

    2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

    3. when exactly you receive the error message?

    Method 1
Check if the problem persists in safe mode and after return with the result.
A description of the options to start in Windows XP Mode
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315222

    Method 2
If the problem does not persist in safe mode, then it is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.
I suggest that you configure the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
See section to learn more about how to clean boot.
How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual
When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:
    1. click on Start , then click run.
    2. type msconfig , then click OK.
The System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.
    3. click on the general tab, click Normal Startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.
    4. When prompted, click on restart to restart the computer.

    Method 3

If the previous step fails then I suggest that scan you SFC on the computer that will search the corrupted system files and try to correct them.

The analysis may take some time, so be patient. Windows allows to fix corrupt or missing files it finds. If the information of the installation CD is required to fix the problem, you may be asked to insert your Windows XP installation CD.

How can I recover the files and programs before a system restore?  my document folders are all empty and my programs will not open!

I know they are there and hidden somewhere, but this restoration took my settings of the computer to 2004! We lost all our data, our software that we use to operate our company at home, our quickbooks that has all our financial data, family photos, videos, Outlook will work not so no e-mail, all turned in time and 6 years ' worth of documents have disappeared.

What happeneded was that I was trying to upgrade to quickbooks software when I got an error, I cancelled out of the facility, then restarted and that's when I got an error hal.dll something? I thought about a system restore would allow me to go back in time to just before when the error occurred, but he basically took my computer back to factory settings, so all the programs that I installed and paid hundreds of dollars for the past six years has disappeared, Microsoft Office and very expensive construction estimating software that we wil have to pay once AGAIN for If I can't get this program working properly.

    I am a fool! I can't believe what's happening.

Someone at - it instructions on how I can retrieve either the programs and data that I need specifically or how to go and seek shade from the files I read online on and restore my computer for about 12 hours ago?

    Thank you all!

    Sally in Georgia

Looks like you did a system rather than a system restore recovery.  If you have inserted a disc supplied with your machine and booted from it, you probably erased the disc and installed the original operating system provided with your computer.  Usually, a step in this recovery is to do a full format or quick of your drive.  If you did a full format, your data is permanently lost.  With a quick format, your data may still be there, somewhere but inaccessible by normal means.  Applications must generally be installed, in order to recover the files probably will not help unless you have the original installation media.  Your other data files (images, videos, financial data) may be salvageable, but at this point, it would be advisable to take your computer or your disk to a business/professional who is experienced with data disc recovery.  It will be cheap and there is no guarantee.

Impatient, remember investigate you a backup strategy for your computer and critical data.  Hard drives can go wrong with little or no warning.

  • I moved my windows mail contacts place and now I can't find them. I get the message the file MSOE. DLL could not be initialized. Windows Mail does not open.

I was exploring the information about "move your files and user files to another partition" I'm a little short on space.   I chose the location tab in my Contacts Properties window to have a look at the possibilities of some of my folders move to another partition on my computer.   However, I clicked obviously wrong, and now I got a message that the file MSOE. DLL could not be initialized.   I tried the system restore, but no restore points are available to me before today.  Are there jobs that I can do?

Under your username must be a Contacts folder.   If there is a step, and then either move the new Contacts folder to where he was, or create a new folder under the user name, and then see if it works then.  So if you have a username of 'Heather' contacts should be under C:\Users\Heather\Contacts.  Try and then see if it works very well.  Otherwise, you will need to create a new user and then try to get this to work.
