  I added a new user to the DPR OBIEE. When I tried to access a report created using direct, database application in the dashboard sound up the following error:

[nQSError: 13017] User or group did not Direct database access privilege to access the database "Oracle Data Warehouse". Please check the permissions of a user/group in the Administration Oracle BI tool. (HY000)

  ' (2) in Presentation Services-> settings-> Administration-> manage privileges ' gave the permission of * "Perform direct database requests" * also.

  Open, click OBIEE administration tool to manage-> Security-> user.
  Double-click the user who must have the permission of direct execution of the database application. In the drop-down list, select 'allow '. Hope this will solve your problem.

  That said, there is an extension called PageSuck that will pull down a copy of the source code of the web page to push you to locally.  You may find useful.  Here's How to install extensions in the Code of edge.

  After the upgrade to Fusion 3 I see is no longer the "Optimize for performance of Mac OS applications" option in the settings pane. This feature has been removed?   No it is not deleted, it was a new label and is now a parameter on a per VM basics.

  You can find it in the Virtual Machine-> settings-> Advanced-> other-> hard disk buffering

  On the dashboard, click on Options > modify the dashboard

  Then, add another copy of the dashboard object that you used for your PivotTable.

  Drag it over the existing PivotTable object and select Properties > Show View > title

  Make sure you have in fact the title of your choice in your application see / Compound layout.

  Access the Page Options > Edit dashboard.

  Click the "printer/finger" to the left of the icon that creates a column. Click on the footer. Here, you can type in the name of the author of the table edge or use one of the variables if they contain information in the way that users prefer to see it. 'Author' holds the login ID so it may be that forms users want to see.

  Don't forget to check the box "Display in the browser, if necessary".

  (Do not use narrative or static text display since it takes real estate useless on your dashboard... unless you have a good reason.)

  Back up all data before proceeding.

  Please triple - click anywhere in the line below on this page to select:

  defaults delete com.apple.dashboard layer-gadgets && killall Dock

  Copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination.

  Launch the Terminal application integrated in one of the following ways:

  ☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

  ☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

  ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

  I just got my board replaced on my MacBook Pro.  Before it was replaced, when I pressed the button with the dashboard icon (F4), it is toggled between my widgets that have been opened in the dashboard and the window, in that I was working.  Now, after you set up the Mission control to show the dashboard with the key to the dashboard, I see the dock (which I choose to hide) and all my apps icons.  I then have to click on the application of the dashboard to show my widgets.  How to reset the key so that it only shows the widgets when I press on it?

  Try going to system preferences > keyboard and check the box use F1, F2,... etc as Standard keys.
