If it is the individual subscription, you can activate on 2 computers only.

However, there is no limit for installation, but you can connect and activate on 2 computers only.

If you had already signed and activated CC apps on 2 computers, and there still if you want to activate on a 3' rd computer, you can simply disconnect one of the 2 comps, so that you can keep counties of activation.

I have attached a screenshot showing how to select restore automatic session just above the setting of the Home Page where it says "When Firefox starts".

With this set, you can restart Firefox manually out using the menu-

    • "3-bar" menu button > button "power".

I'm not sure but based on the selections of purchase stating you can buy for Mac and Windows for equal opportunities of purchase you are able to install and activate on two different platforms using the same serial number.  I know that this is the case with the purchases of items but Lightroom does not seem to come as often.

Some clarification would be useful. But in general, you will need a license key by PC. If you bought a new PC and no longer intend to use the old, feel free to reuse the old key (depending on the time since the last activation you may have to do it by phone rather than online; any format in case you're giving away there). But in general, you are not allowed to use the same code on both systems at the same time.

I am tempted to say yes, "it is". However, given that you probably want to ask HOW do, that is: open a session under an administrator account, then copy the files to any profile folder to any other profile folder.

I have windows7 64-bit with the computer acer laptop, but I want to change to 32 bit can it is possible with the same product key?

If you have a retail version of Windows 7, then it is more than likely came with discs both 64-bit and 32-bit. In this case, boot from the 32-bit disk and do a clean install.

If the 64-bit version has been pre-installed, then you need to contact Acer to see if they have a 32-bit recovery disc.

    Hi Chaos2015,

Could you specify if you have Acrobat 9 Pro or Standard version.

You must turn off Acrobat from the old machine and then install on the new of a CD/DVD and then activate with the same serial key.

If you don't have installation media, you can download the Pro version of the below mentioned link:

  • Windows 7 Home Premium - what is - this OA in the license tag? Is it possible to install the OS [Home premium] 64-bit with the same key?

1 What is OA in the license tag
    2. is it possible to install the OS [Home premium] 64-bit with the same key.

    Hi adil13,

    Adding to reply TrekDozer,

1 original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Activation is also known under the name of OA. It's basically OEM activation of basic input/output system (BIOS) - which means that they have already activated and you don't need to enter the key and activate yourself.

    2. you will only be able to activate a copy of Windows 7 with the number of product key used for 64-bit or 32-bit version at the same time, not both. It will allow only a copy installed with him to be activated. If you try to do it on both versions 32/64-bit, you will probably get the message that your product key is already in use or The Windows 7 product key you typed is invalid for activation .

    I hope this helps!

  • Reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium on your friends computer and impossible to activate

    So a while a friend died and I got his laptop. It came as a Windows 7 Home premium, but he did not like Windows and it has switched to Linux. I switched it back to Windows, but I just use a disc of Windows 7 Home Premium, I already had, leading to a "non-genuine" version of Windows. It has been so for a while now and the message "Activate Windows now" slows down the initial start-up; I can't put a wallpaper I was just wondering if it is possible to get an another record since the original key is taken on a technical level. If it's useful, 'caught', original product key on the sticker of the laptop is {deleted}

Original title: activation (?) Windows 7

If you still have the sticker / product key that belongs to this laptop then try the following:

    (A) If you have used the Home Premium edition you drive "had", if it is a version of "Retail" (not a recovery from another PC disk) then:

Open a prompt (run as administrator) and type the following at the command prompt:

slmgr - upk (press the Enter key)

slmgr - ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (where XXXXX is your product key and press the Enter key

slmgr - ato (and press the Enter key)

Leave command prompt it a check to see if Windows is activated.

    (B) If you used a Home Premium recovery disc that belongs to another PC, you should reinstall Windows and activate using the product key that belonged to your laptop from a friend.

    (1) download the Windows 7 proper. ISO file that includes Service Pack 1
(Note: must match for your product key version)

    ====================== Keyless Install ================================

How to make a 'Keyless Install"of Windows:

Boot from the Windows 7 DVD disc, you create and launch the installation.

After you have entered the user name and password that you will be asked:
"Type your Windows product key", do not enter a key.
Also located just below the box where you enter the key is a box with a check mark
to "Automatically activate Windows when I'm online", remove the check box and click "next".

You now have a 30-day grace period to activate Windows.

During the grace period, you can install your device drivers,
run Windows updates and solve other problems or issues.
Once you are satisfied everything is working properly, and then activate Windows.

I have Windows 7 Edition home premium installed 32-bit update. How can I upgrade to 64-bit? Will there be problems of validation so I re-install from scratch?

If you have purchased a retail package, it should include the disk for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Otherwise, you can download a backup copy at the following link and use the same product key that allows you to enable the 32-bit version. Its a possibility, you may need to reactivate by phone, see below for instructions:

You will need to do a clean install, there is no place on the way to upgrade Windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit.

Using the disk of 64-bit Windows 7, install Windows 7 Windows Easy Transfer Utility from the DVD (to find it, simply navigate to x:\support\migwiz, "x:" is the name of your hard drive. (In this case, you will see a collection of files, the important"that you must search for and double-click is 'migsetup'.) run it and create a DAMP (Windows Easy Transfer file), if you have an external hard drive, you can access it later when you perform a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit disk so you can stored there.

Once you have done this, just do a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit disc. In Windows 7 64 bit disk, start Windows Easy Transfer, follow the wizard screen, tap on which is stored the WET file (external hard drive) and it will restore your personal files and settings. Reinstall the applications needed.

  • Try to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium (x 64) on my desk. I need help to find the drivers.

    Some back-story to my question:

A month ago, so I decided to reinstall windows on my laptop which had become slow and unresponsive. I did it using the key USB Installer tool that Microsoft provides and a file ISO of Win7. I used my old product key on the underside of the laptop and it worked fine. After installation, I found I was missing several base drivers. Since then, I found a lot of important drivers (wireless, its drivers, etc), but several of the 'minor' escape me because quite simply, I don't know how to describe the issue that I have without them to Google. For example, my mouse pad is no longer scrolls when I slip 2 fingers down it at the same time, some site images do not load at all and rather simply show a torn file icon (I don't know if it's the associated driver, but it started after reinstall) etc.

I want to avoid these problems when I reinstall Windows on my sluggish office. Is there a good way to know what drivers I need? A list my computer can generate or one list of drivers ' required/normal' and other, I need? Or even a list someone else online of pilots, that everyone should have to use their computers to their full potential? I know that all computers have hardware different and like, but perhaps a general list of things you need to get with a new installation (that is to say, "get your graphics, sound, image,... drivers to a minimum, while that [insert here things] is recommended as well").

Alongside this, is there anything that this is another important thing I should remember to do when you install a new copy of windows?

Thanks, I know it's a bit of reading.

Go to your computer manufacturer's support web site and search for Windows 7 drivers for your specific brand and model number.

If there is no driver, your PC may not work correctly (No. LAN or WiFi, Audio, USB, etc.) after the installation of Windows 7.
