On Windows XP, how can I enter a BACK order?

My oldest camera Sony DSC 707 takes memory sticks not PRO.  If I reformat the stick Pro using the e command line (player): FS:FAT /A:8192 it will resize itself clusters of my stick of memory PRO up to 8 KB.  This line has been recommended on a forum of PhotoTakers.  Format XP gives options limited so I think go under DOS, it's my only option.  How do I BACK?

Click Start...

Then click Run...

Type "cmd" without the quotes reverse... you will spend in DOS mode...

yep.................
