One of my accounts has ceased to send

I use Thunderbird portable v31.5.0 on Windows 7.
Until recently Thunderbird never told lack, but one of the 40 accounts or so I now it refuses to send for the last week or two.

It is a gmail account, and I have manually connected without problem on the web and enabled 'insecure apps' to connect.
Then I deleted the account total of Thunderbird and recreated.

However, he will receive emails from this account, but will not send.
All that he never tells me, it's "Connection to server smtp.mail.com has failed." and "the message send failed.
The message could not be sent using SMTP server smtp.mail.com for some unknown reason. Check your SMTP server settings are correct and try again or contact your network administrator. »
