  After you drag a window to the size you want, you must make sure, that it is the last window closed for the size remembered. If another program is open, even if it is reduced, the size does not stick.

• Set the size of the window for DOS applications running on the Windows XP Pro machine

  I have some old Basic (QBasic, Flodraw) DOS programs I still want to run occaisionally. 2002 was the last time I used them, so I don't know what OS was running then. When I run the application now that open windows are not ideally sized, the Flodraw is too big, I can't see it as much of the screen as I would, and QBasic is too small to get enough text to keep my train of thought.

  Anyone know how I can get control of the size of the window? I need create .pif or something like that?

  I recently acquired a second display for my MacBook Pro, so when I have both connected displays and open Photoshop (on each screen) putting road window opens off the screen so I can't close it (see screenshot below). How can I fix it?

  Right now I have to open Photoshop with my second offline screen, close the window get started, then plug my second monitor.

  When you switch from Windows to the other display screens in Photoshop Photoshop close to this State Photoshop remembers where you position palette, picture windows and dialogue.  If you restart Photoshop and the other views are not available. Photoshop can open windows off the screen or partially off the screen.  At least seem be the way to a working windows.  Windows operating system provides means for moving and sizing of these windows.  Mac may also have options.

• PCoIP zero client does not display an Horizon view Client user of the window for one (and only one)

  The zero client is a Samsung NC241 via Teradici Tera 2. My user has 3 virtual workstations assigned;  Current SOE with WinXP, a specific COMPUTER WinXP and a test for the upcoming Win7. When I connect the customer to see I'm automatically redirected to the WinXP for HER, without going through the window that lists usually all available virtual PC. This happens on all terminals, I tried. Other users, even if you connect to the same terminal, are given the option to select a virtual PC, even if they have the choice of a!

  I have checked the setting for the PC virtual in the Teradici PCoIP Management Console and also the settings of the user under the Horizon view VMware administrator but cannot find where my configurations user and desktop are different from those that work "correctly".

  I arrived on the solution after you follow through with your suggestion above. I used the client on a Windows PC, then after that record on I clicked on 'Options' in the bar of VMwareView Client session and erased the text is 'auto connect to this office. We have the option 'Enable automatic reconnection' set to false, so I'm not sure why that followed me.

  But the good news is that it worked!

• I can not adjust the size of the window for Firefox on OSX 20 after update

  After updating to the latest version of FF, I can no longer adjust the size of the window. I tried to click and drag the four corners of the window, but it remains the same size. Before the update I could adjust the size of the window. I tried rooting around in the topic: configuration settings but have not been able to find something that would determine the size of the window being locked to certain dimensions. • I can not get the updates from the Windows for my XP Home SP3 site

  I can't get updates - Microsoft site says "the website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to display." It also displays the error code 0 x 80070424.

  I have XP Edition SP3 family.

  I get the "XP antivirus" thing feared but thought that I had now got rid of him.

  I also have the message "your computer may be at risk, automatic update are turned off.

  The "Security Center" in the sign says that they are off, I turned on in "Security Center", but it still does not work.

  In the order shown, do not jump...

  First of all - download, install, operate and put to update and then run a full scan of the system with the following two (one at a time, reboot in-between):

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  After you perform a full scan with one then the other and remove anything they have all two are completely, you can uninstall these products, if you wish.  This initiative will allow to check there is no malware floating around your system which could cause problems.  If you ask - no, Norton probably does not protect you from what these applications can find.

  Download and run the MSRT tool manually:

  (Ignore the details and download the tool to download and save to your desktop, run it.)

  Reset.

  Download/install the latest program Windows installation (for your operating system):
