Each server has 2x6Cores 2.3 GHz CPU (12 cores total). VMware vSphere 5 licenses that we purchase are VMware vSphere 5 Standard for 1 processor (VS5-STD-C) x 12, which is unlimited cores per processor. Can someone tell me what is the problem here and the reason why I still can't assign license to two 5.0 ESXi hosts.

  If I understand correctly you have 12 licenses for 1 CPU each! In order to assign a license to a host of the CPU, the license capacity must be equal to or greater than the number of the host CPU. You can combine licenses in the portal My VMware.

  BTW. for two host with 2 CPU each, you need only 4 licenses of CPU (not 12), as processors/sockets are allowed, not carrots.

  Joerg is correct, that VMware requires a business or company license + to activate the feature.  Joerg has mentioned in the past, he has seen work on other licenses, but I can't bring it to work properly.  Especially after you restart the node of ESXi.

  It will show as enabled, but the behavior under is basically identical to FIXED paths.

  If the alternative is to use VMware Round Robin and change by way of 1000 to 3/o.   Run this command to the shell ESXi.  Restart the nodes.

  When I sync files in Lightroom 6.6, a wrong number of new pictures to import appears.

  If I synchronize without adding new files, LR insists that 371 new files are found. However, the files are not displayed (because they aren't there, of course) but LR keep finding these "ghosts of the files.

  How can I me LR to "forget" these files?

  OK, as far as I know, it's what's supposed to happen when you synchronize files that have been imported from photos. County shows all photos in the folder and then, when you click on synchronize, Lightroom realizes that there is no new pictures to add, and so there is effectively nothing. If there were a few new files to add and some old files that does not need to be added, the number in the dialog box would be all the photos in the folder; and then that would be added the new files.

  Do not code like this a lot - difficult to read and understand. What makes it difficult to find bugs and difficult to maintain.

  The comparison is-string-in-set can be made by using a submultiset condition. Bed easier IMO. (remember to consult the execution plan so that these methods can do for execution of cursor and performance)

  The key however, is bind variable. It is a little one non-negotiable. Bind variables are essential for performance - reduce CPU overhead. It is also essential for effective use of the SQL Shared Pool (and not causing the fragmentation of memory and leading to the error of memory allocation for new SQLs).

  I wrote the following example of procedure - showing the basic approach that I would use for a problem like this.

  If the dynamic part of the SQL is more dynamic in this example, I would use DBMS_SQL creates the cursor and bind the list dynamic of the bind variable. It's quite simple to do.

  With 11g one can change a reference cursor DBMS_SQL (number) in a handful of refcursor PL/SQL. Which means that after you create the cursor DBMS_SQL , the code can cast/convert that to a refcursor and move this refcursor to the appellant.

  The stakes are the use of bind variables and make the code (in spite of dynamic linking) easy to read and understand. Code that fall into this category has fewer bugs, easier to debug and much easier to maintain and modify. It must be so always try and keep things simple - while respecting the fundamental principles (such as bind variables).

  My Mozilla Thunderbird works very well for several of my Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts. However, for one of my Yahoo accounts, I have several records that show the number of unread in this folder but no mail mails that can be downloaded or shown on this particular issue. This problem exists in some of my personal files and the folder of mail "sent" as well. I checked the article on the disappearance of mail (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Disappearing_mail) but nothing there helps.
