• Question of associated with the Flash banner space in Firefox

  I have a site with validating XHTML and CSS that displays unwanted space in Firefox under a Flash banner.  The site has been tested in IE6/7/8, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, AOL, and Netscape.  Firefox is the only problem.  After posting this problem to the exchange of Experts, it was determined that the code Dreamweaver generates to insert Flash causes of the problem.  An expert on the site initially thought that there were two instances of the object and removed the IE handles.  The site then displays correctly in all other browsers, but continually strives to load the Flash file in Internet Explorer. • Problem with bitmap images within the AI CC

  I seem to have this problem to use the images seen in Photoshop look clean and high resolution, but when placed inside an AI CC file, or when HAVE is exported for the customer, looks jagged and pixilated.

  First of all, here is the read logo to the PSD.  As you'll see it's quite clean and high resolution:

  

  So here is this exact logo even after that I placed it in a file Illustrator CC.  Note the surrounding vector images are clean - as it should-, but the logo does not look clean at all:

  

  When I export the JPG or PNG file, everything looks good, as it should, except the logo.  I'm really strung on what do about it.  I know I could re - create the logo that you see in the above photos, but that would be a lot of work and there must be a way to get a bitmap image to work inside AI CC image.  All the tips are greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

  I don't see any reason why this shouldn't work, but it does indeed seem horrible.

  Have you tried to disable the GPU preview?

  You can do this in preferences > performance GPU and untick the box Performance GPU.

  You can also temporarily switch using Cmd/Ctrl E.

  I have searched the logo, found a SVG version (so you can use a vectorized version), opened in artificial intelligence.

  Also, I opened the version HAVE in Photoshop and saved as a psd.

  It displays perfectly crisp and clear in Illustrator.

  

• How can I keep the gate open with each image

  I have to go to display/options and uncheck the box for each open image.  It started all of a sudden, as if I had accidentally hit a hot key to turn it on or something.  (Ctrl-H) sets and destroyed, but there are no when I reopen it PS5.  In addition, the grid looks more like a screen on my image.

  If you click CTRL + ' (apostrophe key) on a PC or the command - ' (apostrophe key) on a Mac, this should make the grid off. You should do it with Photoshop open then close Photoshop and reopen. This will prevent the grid to appear on all of your images.

• Am I the only one annoyed by the flashing "start with Lightroom Mobile" in Lightroom?

  Any time, I move the cursor to the upper left of the Lightroom work screen, to export an image or open another catalog, white 'Get started with Lightroom Mobile' text flashes quickly on the screen in a way that suggests, to me, a cheap on a Web page advertising mobile.  I bought access to Lightroom, and I think it's lame that Adobe should use such a method to get out their products to users.  If I buy the Mobile with Lightroom, this mean that whenever I try to close the program or perform another mundane task, that "Get Started with Lightroom for Mac/Win!" starts flashing on the screen?  And why stop there, Adobe?  It is an advertising space now, so feel free to create a ticker for your new products and services and good, why no time, too?

  I'm sure it's only a continuation of the slow creep of advertising into every moment of life, and I have, on the one hand, say thank you Adobe!  I certainly do not get enough of that already!

  If you don't want to see, click on the menu just drop down to the right of the view and choose one of the options to turn it off. I don't remember what it is, but you can disable mobile Lightroom. It's your choice.

• How to create a LUT in the speed category with an image.

  Not too long ago, I saw that adobe has released a speedgrade feature where you can create a lut to an existing image. Basically the program would scan the image and create the shape of lut which. How this is done?

  This is an application for your phone, which takes an image either you have already taken/load on the phone, then it analyzes the image and comes with these bubbles of different shades & densities... Tap one and see what it does to the image. Save this as a glance and you get that uploaded in your library of CC items, and you can then access from the 'Library' of PrPro module in the lower left corner. Once you have access to it, you can right - click with the button/display in the Finder/Explorer and then copy the folder you store your LUT / looking for SpeedGrade in.

  I'm a little dissed that they did not include a library in Sg 2015 feature so that you can access your created looks (which are a form of brand Adobe of LUT) directly from there, but... they do what they do. It's a hassle for me because he came up with some useful looks...

  Kurt is sometimes abrupt (like me).

  You can select all the paths of the surfboard surf/surf/whatever, then object > compound path > make and use the path composed as the Clipping Path of Object > clipping mask > make.

  But you may need to make a few changes to avoid the holes where they overlap.

  You could also (working on a copy as it should (almost) always, especially when the destructive works):

  (1) move/create a copy of the desired work and just group them, and then set the background color of this in white;

  (2) place you like on top of the image, select both, and in transparency, click Launcher palette make the opacity with ticked Clip mask and invert the mask unchecked.

• How can I make numbers align on the baseline in the lists ordered with inline images?

  When I use inline images in an ordered list, the number of each line that has an online image is offset from the base line to align with the top of the image. Here is a screenshot of preview mode (same behavior on real devices) screen:

  

  Entered on list 1 and 3 are normal. 2 and 4, entries that contain inline images, have their reference numbers lag.

  I guess the height of line gets redefined based on the image online, and then to align the numbers based on the height of the line. Is it possible to change this within the Muse for numbers sit systematically to the baseline even when the line includes an image? Is this something that needs to be addressed by modifying the style sheets?

  You are correct in observing that embedded objects affect the height of line, which in turn affects the alignment of chips or with line numbers.

  To remedy this, you can use offsets the negative film on the inline (specifically top offset) using the Layout Panel: set the value until the line is most likely achievement at the height line.

  I create a small banner (468 x 60 pixels) for a class. I only want to run the annimation times. So, I put the ActionScript stop(); It is in the last picture of scene 2. • Problems with zoom back with a Flash banner

  I created a Flash banner for the homepage of my site.  Here is the link to the page I'm working on: http://adirondackvic.org/CSSTest9July2012-2.html

  When I zoom in to increase the size of the web page, Flash banner automatically resizes it.  However, when I Zoom out, to decrease the size of the web page, the Flash banner does not automatically resize.  It remains the same size, and you need to hit the Refresh button to get it to scale to fit the newly resized page.

  Is there any solution for this?  I searched the forum and the web and have not found response.  I asked a question on this in another forum, but has received no response. I found some discussions on the issue on the web and on this forum, but I wasn't able to find a way to integrate suggestions from my page.  I tried to change the scale to exactfit to showall, such as recommended, but that has created a problem with the appearance of the page. (The banner properly fits in the window of the header). I also tried (as recommended by one of the entries in this forum) change the width = "100%" height = "100%" or width = "100%" height = "auto".  This fixed the problem for Internet Explorer, but then the whole banner disappeared in Firefox.

  After zooming, when I resize my banner window is automatically set on the default width.

  FYI: Flash is a bit dead as a web technology, because so many popular devices does not support (iPhone, iPad, iTouch, etc...)  Users who do not have Flash Player will see nothing.

  It is perhaps timely to share your Flash banner with a rotating banner of jQuery which can be seen in all the web features.

• Alignment of the Flash menu in table problem/margins between images

  Hi, I built a website using Dreamweaver (I'm a complete newb to CSS and HTML, I'm a kiltmaker!). It uses a table layout that will connect eventually to a shopping cart. I'm just working on the html part, and I would include a Flash menu bar. When I add the SWF file, I would like to align with the top of my product images, but unfortunately, ends up looking like this:

  I would really like it if the top of my menu flash would align at the same height as the rest of the images, for example at the same height as "dress sporran" etc so that the design is flush.

  Any ideas on how I could solve this problem would be greatly appreciated!

  Also, I would like that the spacing between the images were not as big table, so that it looks a bit neater, is this easy to do?

  I see you still seem to be placing the menu and products in the structure of the table.  First create an external table which has two cells side by side.  Make sure that the 100% table.  In the left cell of the table, place the Flash menu with its setting valign to the cell.  In the right cell of this place of menu a new table that contains only products.  This approach allows you to remove any dependence on the menu arrangement of the products and vice versa.

  Play with it in a new page of practice... feel free to try different things.  I think it's good for you to gain experience with the handling of the page layout using tables.  That way, if/when you move to the side of the css, you will be able to say why it is preferable (if you do) by personal experience, and not because someone else said it.

• -Pop-up menus interrupted by Flash banner?

Here's a situation: I created a menu Popup on HTML, it's above a banner flash (like the first page of www.adobe.com), but when I click on the button, no option is played on the flash banner... I don't know why. It looks like Cup... only those options that does not cover the flash banner appear.
