  The really important thing here is not work in the color space. The important thing is that you set up your calibration targets so they correspond to the document that you are printing on. This means that the white monitor should be a Visual match white paper and black monitor a match to the density of the ink max for the paper.

  But to answer the question - assuming that you print on an inkjet printer, Adobe RGB should cover most of what the printer can reproduce on a glossy paper of good quality. If you have or get a range wide screen you will also be able to see the range of the file to the screen and you can then test your profile to print with confidence that "what you see is what you get".

  Some will say that good inkjet reproduce some colors that are in fact outside the Adobe RGB, and so you have to work in ProPhoto. While technically true, this superior to Adobe RGB color range is very small and very limited and IMO a fairly minor concern.

  If you create a text without a hypertext link to any of the specific word, you can select the text block to enable the States Panel.

  But if you want to select a specific letter / word within a text frame and working on its States:

  1. Select the specific word, make a hyperlink
  2. Click file > Site Properties > tab content: you will find the opportunity to make changes to different States of the word of a hyperlink.

  If you want to create several styles within the frame of a text with different words:

  1. under the site properties > select the tab "Content": you will find the option to set different styles of hyperlink.
  2. Set the new style , click ok.
  3. Select the new style for another word

  In this way, you can reach your desired design.

• Set different font sizes for certain parts of the text layer?

  I am a novice as AE is going, but I'm working on a script to dynamically change a project.

  The project in question has a text layer has a single string, but with variable font size (the text is a price, where the hundred part is a smaller font to the different initial values).   I want to use a script to change this text, but it is enough to assign a new text document does not retain the variable formatting - all figures are found with the same font size.

  AFAIK, there isn't a convenient way for a script to maintain several font sizes once it changes a text document.

  You can however, use sourceRectAtTime() to get the actual span of text in a text layer, positioning and three text layers to get the desired spacing is not difficult.

  In a program, that I am, I need to know the total text line and align the object below according to the total of the lines of the previous text block.

  The only way I can think of is to have a list with measured the width in pixels of all the letters. then read the word and text characters. Add to the total width of the text. If it reaches the defined width. This Word moves to the next line and add 1 to the total line and start the total width of the total width of the floor which is wrapped to the next line.

  I wonder if there is an easier way to know the last words of each line in a line of wrapped text.

  If you just need to know where the bottom of your (wrapped) text you can use the charPosToLoc() function:

  mText = member("text")
  put mText.charPosToLoc(mText.char.count)

  Or you can set member("text").boxType = #adjust and enter member.height

  I ran across this myself but I forgot the real reason.

  idea 1: hidden character
  solution: retype everything by hand.
  Make sure you do a 'ctrl-a' to 'select all' before clicking on 'delete' so that it picks up this hidden character.

  If I remember correctly, there was a typing error in my table name or column

• How to display the text in the cell for CDA on the report

  I use en-Studio of reporting. Now my requirement is I want to show the text in the cell that I added under CDA - column Variance in the report. So for this I used the text of the cells and within this function function, I gave the line, column and page number. But it does not show the text in the cell that I added for hyperion planning on the report. But if I am referring to another cell text that I added to the variance of Yeartotal I'm able to see on the report.
  Can someone tell me why I'm not able to see the text from the cell that I added to the variance of the CDA?
  Pls tell the way by which I can return.

  I think you're out of luck on this one.

  Cell notes are stored in the planning of the HSP_CELL_NOTE and HSP_CELL_NOTE_ITEM tables. Done HSP_CELL_NOTE refers to a member for each dimension that is pointing to the intersection where the note should be linked. YearTotal is an intersection, even though it is dynamically calc would be in essbase. Each HSP_CELL_NOTE NOTE_ID points to one or more notes that are stored in HSP_CELL_NOTE_ITEM. This means that although you can save a note in YearTotal, it does not display when you report on the Y-T-D (Oct) which is purely dynamic. It does state that when you reference specifically an intersection that is stored in HSP_CELL_NOTE.

  It would be nice if you could see all the notes stored in Jan: Oct when your report contains a Y-T-D (Oct), but it doesn't.

  You can always write a stored procedure to go against the tables and the report in excel.

• Text jumping around in the text box. Unrelated to the text wrapping.

  We are experiencing a problem with a part of the text jumping around in the text block, as we make changes to the text. It is not related to the text wrapping.

  We had not seen this problem until we have converted from CS4 to CS5.5.

  The background:

  We use a system of generation of page owners. This operation generates IDML, which we will open in InDesign. We then pull this information in our models of CS5. This system has always worked well in the past. Now, however, we have this weird problem. The only thing that has changed is the version of InDesign.

  What's happening:

  In some cases edit us a Word, change the punctuation signs, move something in a table or even simply by changing the color of a letter. When it is triggered, the text of the body of the text block jumps around in the area (often above title information). Normally the movement is on the rise, but makes greater very delicate changes as the lines are on the move in the text block.

  What we are doing when this happens:

  Usually, if we find a safe place in the text to type a return we do that, delete this return. This action solves the problem, but only temporarily. If the file is opened and closed, it goes back to jump.

  Why is this a big problem for us:

  We are working on catalogs, some with more than 400 pages. There are a large number of items. Much of the time that we need to make global changes with GREP and find/replace replace. This often causes situations where the text jump and you don't notice. There are even times when we are bypassing our files (right before moving on to the printer). This makes us very nervous.

  Does anyone have knowledge that may be able to help?

  I just had exactly the same problem. I experimented with Options of text block and found a possible sollution: under 'Baseline Options' tick 'Use Custom base Grid' (see attached capture screen). In my case the text stopped jumping and I hope it helps someone out there also.
