  Hi Apex developers.
  
  I created the form to the poster with the INSTEAD of trigger. Everything works very well for the UPDATE and DELETE. But to INSERT the "automatic line (DML) treatment" trigger ORA-22816: feature not supported with RETURNING clause. When I disable the INSTEAD OF trigger it start work very well too. But I have to use INSTEAD OF trigger for safety reasons.

  MMH, it beats me. You could try with tracing active sql (add & ptrace = YES to your URL), see what actually running.

  I just installed the 5.1 esxi and I have 2 vm windows works well.

  I use the vSphere client to manage the hypervisor.

  I have not installed vCenter stuff, so it is just bare hypervisor os.

  When I ran the following:

  «vmrun t h 10.10.0.9:443 u vpxuser Pei xxx list esx»

  He returns with "this operation is not supported with the current permit.

  In fact, I have installed esxi5 on hypervisor licensing, do not know why I get this error message.

  Access the esxi5 through the sphere client works very well (I could create vm, take snapshots, etc.).

  Please let me know if I missed any steps. Thank you

  Welcome to the community,

  with the free license of the hypervisor, access to vSphere API is restricted, which is most likely causing this issue. To unlock the API, you must have a paid license. Unless your host has already exceeded the 60-day evaluation period, you could try to revisit the evaluation mode to see if the command works as expected.

  16-bit applications may not work on a 64-bit version of Windows. There is no 16-bit subsystem to execute.

  If a 16-bit application is critical, the only way is to use 32-bit Windows.

  If you want only to save disk space, you can compress the dump file with an application of operating system when the dump is complete.

  Otherwise, you can check the exported data, if you can exclude all the data from the dump.

  for learning and testing purposes, I have created a VMWare image
  with Linux CentOS 4.7 (compatible RHEL 4.7) and
  install Oracle 9i 9.2.0.4.0 in standard edition.
  
  The installation went well, but when I try to create
  a new database using the "dbca", I get the error
  ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Managed Standby
  
  I searched in Google and it seems to be connected
  for the parameter log_archive_dest_1 (or even without the _1)?
  
  I tried to delete the init.ora comments:
  
  #log_archive_start = true
  #log_archive_dest = disk$ rdbms: [oracle.archive]
  #log_archive_format = "T%TS%S.ARC".
  
  but it has not changed anything. Are there
  a Council on the creation of a database of archived mode
  using "dbca. Or is it not available in standard edition?

  I don't yet have a facility TO play with, but I think it's probably related to DBCA log_archive_dest_setting, which is not valid with itself ( Note: 576910.1 error message: "ORA-00439: feature not enabled no: Managed Standby"). If you already have a database running then:

  SQL> alter system set log_archive_dest= scope=spfile;
  SQL> shutdown immediate;
  SQL> startup mount;
  SQL> alter database archivelog;
  SQL> alter database open;

  Hi all!

  I have a question about using a DMM (PXI-4065) with VStudio 2008 and Measurement Studio 2009.

  Because DMM are not always supported in .net, I downloaded niDMM.cs 3.0 wrapper of the web site of NOR.

  I also downloaded example c# measure DC Voltsto compare with my request.

  Both an example and my application fail trowing the exception [-1074118656] 'the device was not recognized.  The device is not supported with this driver or version. " class constructor is called.

  DMM = new InstrumentDriverInterop.Ivi.nidmm ("PXI3::12:INSTR", true, true);

  I guess it is function of device PXI!

  I also tried to use a VISA alias as "pippo" and then I tried to insert a device unexistent name. In any case the same exception was trown.

  Unfortunately you are right - given reference are not supported in the current version of the MCT.

  It is expected that it be fixed for the 10.2 release.

  CLUSTER_DATABASE parameter is not bound to the Archives of the newspapers (assuming that's what you mean by 'activate archiving'). So I don't know why you set this in the first place.

  Given that the CAR is not installed and CLUSTER_DATABASE required by CARS, the error you are getting is not surprising. You'll want to change the parameter to false.
