Just search on metalink... You can still use note below for 600/7445 errors in case of problems...
153788.1 - fix error ORA-600 or ORA-7445, by using the error search tool
Also add all ID frequent note used to Favorites so that you do not have to again, do a search.

Ms. KHi MSK;
For your error message, it seems that there is no published doc, who is not related to your question. As you follow doc ID of the largest post Hussein snoussi, you will see that there are no published notes again.
ORA 600 is an internal error which means you need to take support from oracle for can solve the problem. If the problem remains constant and if you still can't open database, as Hussein snoussi suggests connect you as soon as possible a Sr.

ORA-38754: FLASHBACK DATABASE not started; required redo log is not available
Hello
I am getting below error when executing the activities of flashback. Currently we have backups, so when I tried the command flashback in RMAN my question solved.
But if I want to do the same thing using SQLPLUS what steps should I take?
ERROR:
ORA-38754: FLASHBACK DATABASE not started; required redo log is not available
ORA-38762: redo logs needed for SNA to SNA 20062842936 20062842926

DATABASE:11.2.0.3.0 (UAT)
RMAN will automatically restore logs archived redo required for the operation of blowback when they are not present on the drive, while (as meyssoun said) when using sqlplus required archived redo logs must be available on the disc.

- Thank you.
you experience serious problem... because usually it works very well.
Try the following:
SQL > shutdown immediate;
SQL > bootable media.
SQL > alter flashback database;
SQL > alter database backup controlfile to trace noresetlogs;
SQL > shutdown immediate;
go to the trace file generated from running (alter database backup controlfile to trace noresetlogs ;)
location of the trace file is located in the query:
SQL > select * from v$ diag_info;
It will contain the script with the SQL commands, you can rename the file with the extension ".sql".
SQL > startup nomount
SQL > @trace_file. SQL
SQL > restore database;
SQL > alter database open;
So basically you are going to recreate the files of control again...

primary DB in the role of Eve with ORA-16816: incorrect database role
We have two node RAC of Primary (oraqa) as well as two-node RAC Physicalstandby (orasqa) managed by dataguard broker. Start quick active failover. Version of the database is 11.2.0.3. OS is Redhat 5.3
There are a few days, our primary oraqa switched to orasqa by fast-start failover, and I couldn't get the passage from some network problem.
Today, the network number, and I want to the transition to the orasqa to oraqa.
However, I got this error:
ORA-16816: incorrect database role
a check for database_role in v$ database at orasqa shows that it is read only physical role of Eve.
So now the two oraqa/orasqa are in the physical database role.
How can I solve this problem?
Help is very appreciated.
Note that in his note, where it is a:
change the database for validation at the grade crossing;
This is the step where it converts the physics of the day before in a primary. So I would try to convert the database that was recently in primary mode at the elementary level. If this works, you need to do several switches of newspaper and make sure you have Data Guard work system before retrying the switch.
I had this happen without a broker and you end up with what amounts to two standbys. "change database validation at the primary crossing" in kind of a way to double back to where you started.
If this gives you more trouble, I'd get Oracle support help as soon as POSSIBLE.
Another way to look at
If you were doing this with SQL the brief summary can be:
On primary
1. check switchover_status
2. commit to failover to standby database
3 stop of the database and the Mont as new mode standby
4 reporter the destination of archive remote
At this point, you have in fact two standbys and zero primary.
If your switchover_status gives a wrong answer, you need to return the primary.
So rather than place orders to the other server, you continue on the same server, a double return and you convert to what was again the primary back to a primary.
Then you trouble shoot the issue and try again.
If you use a broker I would not use SQL unless Oracle Support told me to mix of SQL and broker is a bad idea.
Best regards
mseberg

ORA-600 [4000] [a]
Hello
I can't open database on 10.2.0.3, and during the opening I ORA-600 [4000] [has] in alertlog.
In metalink notes 47456.1 it is said:
However, the solution is to
create many rollback segments in the target up to the highest database
Rollback segment number (select max(US#) from sys.undo$ ;) is at least)
than equivalent max(US#) of the source database.
My question is: how to create more rollback segments when the database is not open?
Thank you.
We cannot create the rollback segment when the database is not open.
The left of the option with you is to contact oracle support.
Like what I saw in the notes, it's you you run a DML query on a transported tablespace and it is a bug in 9i. You use transported tablespace.

Hello
I am facing some problems in trying to start database, when I try to run sqlplus as sysdba I got the below error:
ORA-09925: cannot create the audit trail file
Linux error: 30: read-only file system
Additional information: 9925
ORA-09925: cannot create the audit trail file
Linux error: 30: read-only file system
Additional information: 9925
After checking the size of the server, I found that the oracle home is complete (100% used) and it is the cause of the problem, but trying to delete all the files (or force remove them) within the server, it prevents me from doing this by giving the below error:
RM: cannot remove 'ngo_d16m9y10.dmp': read-only file system
In addition, it prevents me to ftp files, or even moving them to another disc
I tried to apply Oracle and root users commands with the same result
Finally, I tried to back up using the command below:
mount o remount /
but it gives the following error:
Mount: block device/dev/sda3 is protected write, read-only installation
Note that I am not a DBA but I'm in a position to deal with the problem of server, so any help would be appreciated
Kind regardsThat is what to consider that no one can connect to the database or perform work against it?
If yes you can restart the server? Most likely, this will solve the problem.Maybe it's that the drive is faulty, so you will need to check the disc.
Kind regards.

ORA-01079: ORACLE database was not properly created, operation canceled
Hi all
On Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0
My problem is that I have to delete the database as the same is not created correctly.
To do this, I get the error when I try to mount the database below.
ORA-01079: ORACLE database was not properly created, operation canceled
Also, when I started the database by specifying the file pfile, he threw out saying error
ORA-00202: control file: ' D:\ORACLE_10G\DATABASE\CTL1SAMPLEDB. ORA'
When I specified control_files clause in init.ora, that I was getting above error, so I tried to remove the same but still facing the same error.
Can someone help me solve the problem...?
Thank youROCs Rossy says:

You should be able to do the following on the command line windows
oradim -delete -sid sampledb
then remove the D:\ORACLE_10G\DATABASE\ of the file system folder (assuming that there are only records your db in there.
Finally, delete the D:\ORACLE_10G\ADMIN\SAMPLEDB folder structure assuming it exists.Niall Litchfield
