Oracle - field - Type return Access Manager

Hello

I have a requirement where I need to go back a few values of LDAP setting by policy area while redirecting. But the return type must be propertytype, headervar or cookie. It is SSO integration with websphere using JAAS subject. We have internal connector TAI developed for integration between websphere and oracle access manager.

Please help me solve this problem.

Kind regards
Prashant

Hi Prashant,

OAM can return any type you want, and OAM will set the name/value for this type - you can put "propertytype" in the type column, the name and the attribute to return in their respective fields. 'Cookie' and 'HeaderVar' are the only types used by OAM WebGates, but your AccessGate (custom internal connector) should be able to retrieve the values of propertytype that defines OAM.

Kind regards
Colin

    P.S. I was using the command WLST under Oracle\Middleware\wlserver_10.3\common\bin to do the same thing and got a different error NameError: createCred and posted a question about that in virtue of How to create credentials under Bank of credentials?

    After searching the same error message in the community, I tried to move to WLST under Oracle\Middleware\oracle_common\common\bin and got the error posted here.

    Having extended my domain name with JRF and JRF WebService services asynchronous, I was able to run "createCred" and "listCred" and so on.

    You need a license for Oracle Access Manager. However, AccessGate is available free of charge to customers who have already authorized the Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Access Manager.

  • Components required for Oracle Access Manager

    To replace our current SSO solution, we were asked to migrate to Oracle Access Manager.

    In order to install Oracle Access Manager, there are some dependencies from a point of view RCU.

    I'm trying to find out if Oracle Identity Manager must be installed with Oracle Access Manager - so that the OAM correctly configured?

    Thank you

    That's true when Oracle Identity Manager is a required precondition for Oracle Access Manager and, therefore, the need for the Oracle Identity Manager schema must be installed both in time of creating repository?

    Yes.

    Hello
    We would like to switch to Oracle Identity and Access Management 11 GR 1 material with a new installation, but just a few questions:

    -Docs say you need to install the following SOA, if you want to use Identity Manager in 11 GR 1 material. We use such things as management password lost, which I know we have configured parties through the piece of Identity Manager. So I guess that we need this?

    -Do you need to use Weblogic 10.3.5 to Oracle Identity and Access Management 11 GR 1 11.1.1.5 material, or can you 10.3.6? I have that only he saw certified with 10.3.5.

    Thanks for the help!

    Yes, it takes Weblogic 10.3.5 to IOM 11.1.1.5.
    11.1.1.5 installation you need to install SOA even if it is not required by use

    Check your connection url in the session.xml. It should be in the following format;

    SqlServer: / / {host}-{name of database engine}; databaseName = {user name}; SendStringParametersAsUnicode = false;

    In addition, make sure that there is no empty space left by mistake in the connection url.

  • JavaScript how to get / change the field (object) TYPE (no access or mandatory)?

    Hello

    I would like to change or at least to get the TYPE of a field/object field

    Reason: I have a function in my script object that needs some things if the given parameter is a text field or button

    {myFunction (Object)}

    If (type is button)...

    ClassName is relative to any use. He always comes = field

    Hello

    This script could help show how to get the type of field.  I'm reasonably show that he originally site of Stefan Cameron, http://forms.stefcameron.com/, but can not find it now.  Basically if you have a 'field' then ui.oneOfChild.className will give you the type of field.

    I don't think you'll have a chance to change the field type.  I think that you need to have all the field types you want on the form and that they are visible when necessary.
