  Ofcos, VIEW will get your profile testid and review of Prometric. Don't forget that u must provide the test id, such as SPXXXXXXX / SRXXXXXX, while you are creating a VIEW Oracle account.

  I took the seminar for RAC and oracle 11 GRID infrastructure certification exam.

  I was wondering if they will ever do this course of preparation for Oracle 12 c for

  * performance (1z0-064)

  * rac and grid infrastructure (1z0-068)

  * Data Guard (1z0-066)

  You should take a look at the page certification for CRM On Demand on the website of Oracle University to find out what to expect. It says in the summary paragraph that the review will be "..." include topics such as: access to the data and visibility, book of business, Administration of product, Extending Application Introduction to the role of administrator, configuration of the user, forecasting, Administration, Administration of companies, assignment, sharing, creating Workflows team rules, fields of personalization, customization of Pages, Web Services on the application Guide, transfer of information Web Services (YOU), transfer of Web Information Integration Services (YOU). This path assumes that you have one, or several years of experience. »

  It's a pretty good description of what you should study up on. If you click on the link in the box to review on the certification page - you get to a more detailed description of some of the topics of the review.

  The book is related to the exam 1z0-051. I'm not sure it's the best way to learn SQL from scratch. However, since once you know a little SQL book is useful, though sometimes, some might say t make sure that you get enough practice.

  Don't worry in the short term. There is a review of SQL, you may want to consider longer term (1z0-047), but which is advanced. ISBN-13: 978 - 0071498500 probably apply the material (but does not focus on the review... maybe it's a good thing).

  Oracle is resource intensive; and more as it increases version numbers.

  10g XE [http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/xe/index.html] is perfect, EXCEPT that it is 10g 11g not and cannot indicate features of 11g but its greate from the manageability perspective.

  11 GR 1 material has a much higher footprint, but course has all the features.

  Unfortunately, it's a choice s one or the other. and historically the windows uninstaller can be an ightmare.

  I think that I must really be suggesting you look at virtualization - example: [http://www.virtualbox.org/] to run Oracle 10 g XE at first... but then again I am not sure if I'm over complicating things and have not tried it myself.

  Versions of the database newever and reviews using the SQL syntax that is no longer compatible with ansi standards more late especially in the use of the joins of tables in my humble OPINION.

  You can take the exam but its is no longer available for download. REF for example unable to download Oracle 9i database (any version)

  From a research perspective:

  Forms and reports use the language pl/sql for improved treatment.

  Usually you will encounter it in forms that reports.

  However most of the methods study of forms will guide you in first bits of pl/sql

  In the practice of forms of Certification you will first need a certifaction OCA PL/SQL. So in practice, you will first need to go:

  (1) 1z0-007 or 1z0-051 (or 1z0 - 047... this possibly being a more difficult exam... search messages on this forum).

  (2) 1z0-147 (or 1z0 - 144, which is currently in beta).

  Before taking 1z0-141.

  Your approach seems to be okay.
  It would be better to wrap it in the api plsql and call for SOA.

• Oracle listener confusion

  Sorry but I'm kinda a noob with database administration.
  
  I have a box of windows 7 with an Oracle 11 g server. I wanted to create a new listener to listen for requests on the ip address of machines. traditionally the database is down and I go to windows services and start the database and listener here.
  
  I created using Oracle Net Configuration Assistant new port listening and noticed in the list of windows services. then I deleted using the same tool.
  
  I created a new port for listening using Oracle Enterprise Manager, it is not noticed in the list of windows services, but understand that it is created dynamically? anyway... I deleted it.
  
  now, the funny is that I have a listener of the second list of windows services. I can't see it by using Oracle Net Configuration Assistant. the ususal listener in this list is started. Oracle Enterprise Manager only sees a listener and fails to start. I am able to connect to the database using sqlplus.
  
  I'm a little confused...
  
  can I remove the listener that I can't start Oracle Enterprise Manager to see if she can get rid of the additional listener in the list of windows services? Why OEMS can't see the listener has started in the list of windows services?

• How to call Oracle E-Business seeded program in SOA BPEL 11 g

  I implement a point between third party system and Oracle inventory interface. My composite will treat the data element of the third party system and insert the data into the interface table (mtl_system_items_interface).
  
  Once integration is complete, I need BPEL call the program seeded (import items - INCOIN) to insert data from one table of interface in the base Oracle tables; in other words, mtl_system_items_interface to mtl_system_items_b.
  
  I tried using an adapter "Oracle Applications" but cannot place the INCOIN program. There's no options to find the INCOIN program either location.
  
  Someone knows how to call an Oracle planted a BPEL process program?

  Hoang,

  You won't find the INCOIN in the Oracle Apps adapter. INCOIN is a simultaneous running of the Oracle Application program.
  The program INCOIN can be the call of the function: Fnd_Request.submit_request. To run this function, you have to sign the global settings (FND_GLOBAL. APPS_INITIALIZE) and have a validation in the end.
  I suggest you use the DB adapter to call a customization procedure where you can have all of these features inside.

  (1) there is no certification for Forms 10 g exam.

  (2) in order to learn 10 g makes Oracle University courses (or self-study CDROMs) is probably recommended, however some may be able to study by the Documentation provided by Oracle:

  I suspect that what you have found your information, is that the institutions of the WDP are now doing their training sessions for the formulas rather than form 9i 10g... However these versions have a high degree of similarity and the same certification exam is taken at the end.

  The reason why I watch for these words, it's that sometimes posters on this forum have used formulations such as yours to represent themselves as certified when they are not (either because they did not have a verified oracle education courses (and develeoper certifications do not need these so far) ran out of requirement for review (or used oracle several trials of Id)). They take they Word very unauthorative my (bigdelboy) say (Oracle...). An extreme example is someone who passes 1z-043 and calls themselves an Oracle OCP.
