• Can I cancel move files in original records?

  Hello ladies and gentlemen.

  There are a few things that are confused on what you wrote to me. Do you mean that you import (you said you were exporting)?

  What is the D: drive? What is your external 1 TB drive? Is this really a disk "backup", which means that the originals are somewhere else?

  If my interpretation is correct and that you import using Move, and these are the backups that you import, then the solution is that you must find the originals, which should be in the original folders. If these aren't really backups and that you do not have the actual backups somewhere else, then you're stuck with the new folder hierarchy and no easy way to restore the photos in their original folders, otherwise than by way of tedious manual effort.

  When dubbing from HDD to VCR or HARD drive on a DVD is possible to pause the VCR or DVD to ignore the part of the original recording to HARD drive, for example to remove advertising a TV program?

  It would be technically possible to make a BREAK of the VCR when copying the HARD drive-> VCR rather than trying the same thing for the copy of the HDD-> DVD, because the burning process can be interrupted for my understanding. But as the manual does not list until such a feature in the chapter "dubbing", it won't work, not even for HDD-> VCR.

• On the audio recording problems

  Hi all

  I have a problem with regard to save audio files in Labview.

  In my program, I acquire the audio signals of the soundcard of the PC constantly and save them in a queue. After that certain prerequisites are activated, these audio signals in the queue is stored in a .wav file. This program works well, except a problem, which is the time lag in this .wav file. For example, I save a sound segment for about 30 seconds, but after the backup, this .wav file is just 21 long s. It contains all of the original recorded segment, but the time axis is compressed, which sounds like played fast. I searched all day and could not find any information about it.

  These sounds record and save functions are part of a comprehensive program, and I'm sorry that I can't give a single vi on it. I add the numbers below and I hope it helps. I am also willing to provide any additional information.

  PS: I have reviewed the incompatibility caused by approximation of the "t0" (published in http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Time-mismatch-with-Sound-Input-Read-VI/td-p/1385404 ) and compensate for that during the savings phase. (see figure 2)

  For your questions.

  1. I'm using Labview 2011 sp1 on Windows 7/Xp. I tested the program on desktop computers and laptops. I don't know about the types of sound card, but given that this problem occurs on several different computers, I think that this is not the problem of sound cards.

  2. for the sound card sampling frequency, in fact I checked that. I read signals of waveform of the 'read.vi of sound entry' and the term 'dt' is equal to 1 on the sampling frequency. So I think that the sampling rate of the sound card is correct.

  In fact I have just solved this problem by myself, but the solution is pretty weird. I think there are two reasons that caused this problem.

  1. when I receive tones of "read.vi of sound input", I first save them in a queue. Once the acquisition is completed, I save all the signals in the queue to a .wav file. But I'm going to do to overcome the overlapping sound and the gap caused by the "t0" reconciliation, a waveform signal re - organize before saving it, as below. According to my knowledge, I think that this 'dt' in the resulting waveform (indicated by the arrow) must be the same as before, but in fact it is not, and it becomes 1.

  

  2. Thus, to solve the first problem, I manually change the term "dt" once again as below. After the change, I'm sure that the "dt" is back to the correct value. But then is the strange thing is I saved the same signal waveform in two different ways, using "his write.vi file" and "file its writing simple.vi" respectively. The first method is the one I have used before and it caused the problem I posted here. The second works. In my program, I put as 16 kHz, 16 bits/sample, and 1-channel sampling rate. The file .wav from the first method has a strange flow 705 bps and the wave from the second method file has the right bitrate which is 256 bits/s.

  

  I tested the program of hundreds of times and each time he acted like I described above. I don't know if anyone has ever faced the same problem as me, but I hope that my solution can be useful for others. And I also hope to be useful to improve your LabView products.

• If I've updated to Lightroom, where can I find the original license key?

  I recently digitally upgraded from Lightroom 3 to 5 Lightroom via the Adobe online store, and the upgrade process simply questioned my machine for the license key original of the download / upgrade.  Later, I bought a more powerful laptop for editing and am migrating to Lightroom - however, I'm wondering for TWO license keys - and I don't have the ORIGINAL recording.  I am very frustrated with this requirement of Adobe and wonder if someone could tell me a way to display the original license key (or find someone in Adobe that could send it to me)?

  Hi Pjcampbells,

  Serial numbers are required for installation, but not for download, if your number of Lightroom 3 would not have been recorded when you downloaded the upgrade of the LR5. Only if you have saved the number of LR3 it will be available in your account. I suggest that you contact the customer service by chat and request that they look for the serial number of your LR3. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older software such as LR3 and LR5, but they can help with questions about licensing and activation.

  Either way, when you say that you are trying to migrate from Lightroom, do you mean you are trying to transfer the program from a backup? If so, please be aware that software Adobe generally does not migrate properly because of hidden registration files. It must be installed by disk or by downloading the appropriate installation program. LR 5 is available here: Install Photoshop Lightroom.

  Let us know how it goes with the serial number. If you continue to experience problems, feel free to post a reply to this discussion.

• JDev 10.1.3: ADF - how a record end date

  I'm relatively new to the ADF, but I have a question about a current record end. I have a table with a start and end on a record date. I created a method that allows the user to copy a record. I have a table read-only ADF, they choose the folder and click the copy button. It then displays an ADF form that allows the user to clone that record and make changes to it. The user can enter a start date for this record. Could someone point me in the right direction or provide certain documents how then can go back and end date the initially selected record with the date of departure just entered by the user? I thought that maybe I could override the doDML method in the object of the entity, but I'm not sure how to find the original record that the user has selected?

  0) you are referring to the 29 attribute. This will get you in trouble if the attr index never gets re-arranged. Instead you could probably do something like:

  Line Fees001RowImpl = (Fees001RowImpl) getCurrentRow ();

  .. then you can refer to the line attribute accessor:

  row.getX () (where X is your name of the attribute... This assumes that you have created the class RowImpl for the VO).

  (with apologies, I had to guess at some of your names in classes here, so you need to tweek the names of classes to match your exact code)

  (1) why in endDateRecr() you call createRootApplicationModule()? This will create a separate transaction with the db and is probably the reason why you do not see your folder to refresh. If the client interface method is in your ViewObjectImpl, you should be able to simply call getApplicationModule(). Something like the following:

  AppModuleImpl am = (AppModuleImpl) getApplicationModule ();

  This should also give you the advantage you can now consult the Fees001ViewObject directly as follows:

  Fees001ViewObject vo = am.getFees001View1 ();

  .. ... who will isolate you from changing the name of the view object, you have hard-coded in the findViewObject call.

  (2) you are browsing the VO Fees001. Instead, you can use vo.getKey () to find your exact line (assuming that you have the PK).

  (3) you set the attribute to cost 2 + 3; similar to above, you could throw the charge line to an instance of Fee001RowImpl and then call the real setter methods provided for each attribute, isolate you from any changes to the index of the order of the attributes.

  (4) any reason that you are explicitly committed within the model layer method? This is similar to the argument that you should never commit within a pl/sql package database because it is not obvious to the appellant from the outside that this happens. Rather let the commit to your Interface ActionListener.

  I hope this helps. As I said it's a little difficult to give you the exact code I don't know the names of your object etc, but I hope it will be to steer you in the right direction.

• FOR MAC PRO HARD DRIVES INTERNAL

  I have 3 internal drives of 1 TB and want to add a 4th disk. Original record say 1 or 2 to, but I have a TB drive 4 or 5. This computer that will manage or am I stuck adding a 2 TB drive?

  Two problems with large capacity disks:

  -There is what some say is a "bug" to erase the drives more of 2.2 to 10.8.4 or later version. It's group of logical volume partitions. To avoid the problem:

  -Do not delete

  -Use a disk from a previous version of OSX utility

  -Clear in an external enclosure that supports large capacity disks

  -Manually remove the partitions of a logical Volume using Terminal Server group.

  Second problem is

  To sled mounting internal:

  The penetration of the screw depth for 'down-screw mount adjacent to the platters' on some readers from over 3 TB have been shortened. This may mean that the live sled down until they adjust and begin to compress the washers on the sled. If this is the case, your drive will not rest flat on the sled and do not breed with the connector backplane without additional adjustment.

  OWC now sells sleds that uses different types of mounting holes in the HD to avoid this problem.

  You can shorten the screws, or put a washer under the head to ensure they can be warm in the authorized depth. Also, now OWC/Macsales now sells sleds that use the location of the different types of mounting screws to avoid this problem. However, these sleds are only for the Pros 2009 and subsequent

• Null message dated 31/12/1969

  Periodically a message null - no object of /, content - with a date of 12/31/1969, appears in a folder randomly. View source shows nothing. I can delete the message.

  I renamed the original records which gave me bad, created new ones with the right names, copied the contents of the old files to the new and deleted msf etc. as described. So far so good.

• Why Firefox upgrade me to a BETA version is tenacious?

  I have long had FF set to let me know when a new version is available, rather than install it automatically. So I'm used to the continuous NAGs when an upgrade is available (until I install it).

  The new problem is that FF is tenacious now me upgrade to a BETA version, which never used to happen. I'm now 30 and it asks me to upgrade to 31 BETA 1. Is it because 30 itself is still considered in beta? The reason why only a few weeks ago I installed 30 has been like a (successful) attempt to remedy a strange behavior that I lived with 29.

  In any case, how can I go back being advised by official updates instead of betas? Either upgrade to a newer beta version automatically horse stop once 30 becomes the current official version?

     Go to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref
     Edit channel-prefs.js with Notepad pref("app.update.channel", "release");
     save it, exit, open firefox.

  I recorded the channel - prefs.js "revised" to another folder (because it wouldn't let me overwrite the old file immediately) and then copied the revised version in the original record, saying to crush the channel - prefs.js existing (that he would).

  When I found the recovery disk program in its original folder it has always refused to open.

  From my own experience after a third system to restart a recovery reminder pops up saying: you must create a recovery DVD.
  You said you found recovery disk program in the original record well, as far as I know there is a TOSHIBA Recovery Disc Creator shortcut on the desktop.
  This shortcut allows stars to this application.
  If this is not possible, then you can try to recover the laptop again, and then to create the recovery CD.

  To start the recovery process you must press the F8 key immediately after starting the system.
  Then choose the option called fix your computer and follow the instructions on the screen.

  I don't know the all the patches in vocal MainStage who are a good fit. Why not just enjoy it directly from the original recording? Import the original logical record or another application that will let you cut the track get the small segment you need. Then import it in EXS24 as a WAV or AIF file and build your own patch.

• iMovie 10.1 library

  When I import videos from a camera, it is stored in a file with the extension .imovielibrary.

  Is there a way to look at the individual clips (.mov files) in the library?

  In previous versions of iMovie, it stored the clips under .iMovieProject, which was actually a folder and then I could find the .mov files in the Media folder.

  Yes, right click on the .iMovieProject package and select "view the contents of the package.  Your clips are 'support of origin' records that are in turn in for each event and project folders.  You can play, but don't change anything in the library.

• When downloading music from Media Player on a USB key, how to get music aired in the order I put them on the list of synchronization?

  I find that when I play the USB in my car stereo, all the parts play in the order in which I originally recorded my media player CD.  I drag synchronize them in the order that I want but they play seemingly at random, but I think it might be chronilogical order of their recording in Media Player.

  The best way I found to do this is to create folders on the USB drive and then use a different folder for each album of the music.
  If you want music in a particular order, change the name of the file to include a 001 at the beginning, for example, 001 - songname.mp3 music
  Do this for all the tracks in the order you want and software of the car detects the number and play music in that order.

  I've updated the windows xp professional sp3 and after reboot, all original records disappeared and there is a kind of shortcuts instead.
