Overrides styles apply to the new cloudy theme minus 4.1.1.

We need (on a single screen) to considerably compress a report view. To do this, reduce us the font size, get rid of padding, etc., resulting in a much more compact display of data. We do this by placing the following in the region report header (this is an IRR):
<style type="text/css">
table.apexir_WORKSHEET_DATA th {padding:0px 1px 0px 1px; margin:0px; font-size:12px; font-weight:bold; vertical-align: bottom;}
table.apexir_WORKSHEET_DATA th div {padding:0px 1px 0px 1px; margin:0px; font-size:12px; font-weight:bold;}
table.apexir_WORKSHEET_DATA td { padding:0px 1px 0px 1px; BORDER-LEFT: #ddd 1px solid; white-space: nowrap;  font-size:10px; }
table.apexir_WORKSHEET_DATA a { text-decoration: none; border-bottom:1px dashed; }
.look1 {padding:0px 1px 0px 1px;}
.look2 {padding:0px 1px 0px 1px;}
</style>
4.1.0 and 21 Scarlet theme, it does exactly what we want. However, under 4.1.1 with theme trouble a lot, but not all of these style settings are ignored. For example, the "nowrap" seems to take effect but, all others appear to be ignored. Looking for the source of the page generated under 4.1.1 I see the apexir_WORKSHEET_DATA of the class I don't know what the problem is.

It's actually a bigger deal that sounds like to the customer I'd appreciate any help.

Thank you

Do you think I could replace them using «!» important; » ?

Why can't you simply change the selectors as shown above?

! important (without space) is the last resort and is not necessary in this case as matching the theme later in the cascade selectors will be replace the rules of theme.

As I said, we want only that this behavior on a single window, and it seems just exaggerated. If there is no way to do it, you know a detailed anywhere doc to allow me to add a template just for that?

Interactive reports using templates, if working around or on top existing styles is the only way to change their appearance.

  • How metrics apply to the new target when no surveillance model is defined.

    Hi all

    I got a new OEM environment with the 12.1.0.4 version and DB repository on 11.2.0.3.

    When I checked there is no oversight model set, none of the groups, administrative groups are created. It is still sending alerts. I checked the settings for each target as host, DB, listener. They all contains defined parameters.

    My question is how metrics are assigned to the target when there is no oversight model available, not groups, administrative groups are created. Only targets are promoted only.

    The followed bydefault OEM models does not contain the settings for the target.

    My belief is that the objectives are assigned with parameters by default when they are added. Is it true?.  I searched the oracle documents, but did not find the SNA.

    Kind regards

    Ashutosh.

    Each target has a set of parameters by default as their definition of base in EM, when they are discovered, they are applied.  If a template is applied, they are replaced.   You can see what this definition is by creating a new template, select a target type and select the target.   A model can also be marked as 'default' to replace these default values when the discovery of the target.

  • GREP style - applies to some extent

    Hello

    We run a catalog with products that are often part of their range excluded, and the style for the product descriptions is to have everything after the word "exclude" in italics.

    We use a GREP style Excludes(.+\n) *. + \r to apply the italic word "exclude" from, and it works fine.

    For example, we can have a description like "company name cheese slices 250 g slices of low fat does not include", so our GREP style applies the italic style on just "excludes Low Fat slices '."

    A new situation happened where there is perhaps now some content that appear after the text "excludes" where we do not want the italic style applied. The new text will be always start with a dollar sign, but I can't work on how stop style GREP right here.

    So the description can now be "company name cheese 250 g sliced Exclut Low Fat slices $1.50 each or'.»» "We want the ' excludes Low Fat slices" to be picked up and italic with the GREP style, but don't want the ' $1.50 each or "at the end to be affected. We want to stay in the original style, unitalicised.

    I guess it's a matter of telling the GREP style to arrest whenever he meets a "$" after "does not understand", but I can't get out.

    Is it possible to do?

    Thank you

    Steve

    Is this the first time that appears a $? If If you can use a second GREP style to apply [no style] to the $ and following.

  • We lost the new features in CF8

    Hello

    We have a server where we installed ColdFusion 8 and run two websites. ColdFusion is running with IIS. The first web site was fine until I found that the second was not seems to be linked to the scripts/libraries to show the new features in CF8 - such as CFMENU and CFLAYOUT. Our SysAdmin tried to apply a method that I found on the NET ( http://livedocs.adobe.com/coldfusion/8/htmldocs/help.html?content=configuring_07.html) , but it has not solved the problem of the second web site. What is more, he made the first website now having the same problem.

    We are looking for critical the right method for configuration mutlitple site in IIS to use ColdFusion 8. Please note that the page of the CF are running and thus the queries. Only the style "flashy" of the new features do not work. I guess it's just a problem of mapping or a virtual directory in IIS to point to the right choice.

    Thanks for any help.

    The adblock button is probably in the bar at the bottom of the screen.

    Use Ctrl - / to view this bar, then right-click on the menu bar and select adjust (Image), and you can drag its icon to where you want.

  • How to remove a basedOn style without losing the bet in shape

    I have a problem that I solved in my case, but I wonder if there is a cleaner solution. I have a function that removes the basedOn of a paragraph style or a character style that is passed. I thought that it worked, but it came to my attention that the character styles were losing their formatting when their basedOn style has been deleted (in fact, the value '[No Style character]'). Set the style basedOn the "[None]" style has the same effect. I also tried to create a dummy no style and use it as my base, same effect. When you do this through InDesign UI, the formatting is preserved, so I think it's a bug. My solution has been to create a new character style, all properties of the first style (except basedOn and properties) copy on it, delete the original style (replace with the new style), and then rename the new style to match the old. Far as I can tell it works, but it seems exaggerated. Does anyone have a better suggestion or hint?

    Here is the code that causes the problem:

    function unBaseStyle(funcSty){
        //Current style name.
        var myStyName = funcSty.name;
        //If the style is surrounded in brackets it is a default InDesign style and should not be unbased. In that case, skips to next style.
        if (myStyName.lastIndexOf("[", 0)  != -1) {return false;}
        else{
            var myBaseStyName = funcSty.basedOn.name;
            //Checks that the base style isn't undefined (which would indicate that it is already [No ... Style] and also that it isn't bracketed.
            if (myBaseStyName == undefined || myBaseStyName.lastIndexOf("[", 0)  != -1) {return false;}
            else{
                //If the style is a paragraph style, bases it on [No Paragraph Style].
                if (funcSty instanceof ParagraphStyle){funcSty.basedOn = "[No Paragraph Style]";}
                //If the style is a character style, bases it on [No Character Style].
    //--->This is the line that causes the problem. funcDoc.characterStyles("None") has the same effect.
                else{funcSty.basedOn = "[No Character Style]";}
                return true;
            }
        }
    }

    Here is my code to work:

    function unBaseStyle(funcDoc, funcSty){
        //Current style name.
        var myStyName = funcSty.name;
        //If the style is surrounded in brackets it is a default InDesign style and should not be unbased. In that case, skips to next style.
        if (myStyName.lastIndexOf("[", 0)  != -1) {return false;}
        else{
            var myBaseStyName = funcSty.basedOn.name;
            //Checks that the base style isn't undefined (which would indicate that it is already [No ... Style] and also that it isn't bracketed.
            if (myBaseStyName == undefined || myBaseStyName.lastIndexOf("[", 0)  != -1) {return false;}
            else{
                //If the style is a paragraph style, bases it on [No Paragraph Style].
                if (funcSty instanceof ParagraphStyle){funcSty.basedOn = "[No Paragraph Style]";}
                //If the style is a character style, bases it on [No Character Style].
                    else{
                        var funcStyName = funcSty.name;
                        var newSty = funcDoc.characterStyles.add(funcStyName + " basedOnCopy");
                        var p
                        for (p in funcSty){
                            if (funcSty.hasOwnProperty(p) && p != "basedOn" && p != "properties"){
    //-->This copies over the properties; wrapped in try/catch because some properties are read-only.
                                try{newSty[p] = funcSty[p];}catch(e){}}
                        }
                        funcSty.remove(newSty);
                        newSty.name = funcStyName;
                return true;
            }
        }
    }

    Am I missing something or is my solution more or less the way forward?

    Hi cchimi,

    Easily check if a style property is inherited is a question open for me

    Perhaps our fellow Scripting Guys have some ideas on this point.

    In regards to your routine of rewriting from scratch , a better approach (although not fully tested) may be:

    function unBaseStyle(/*ParagraphStyle|CharacterStyle*/sty)
    {
        var o = sty.properties;
        if( !o.hasOwnProperty('basedOn') || 0 <= o.name.indexOf('[') ) return;
        o.basedOn = "$ID/None";
        sty.properties = o;
    }

    I have CS6 installed longer, so I don't remember the exact tree that he uses.  There are 2 text files, that you need to remove.  We're in the Premiere Pro installation directory, and the other is in the Adobe Media Encoder, a.  You locate the file called opencl_supported.txt.  You can find this file in the installation directories.  Delete both.  PR of restart and you should be able to choose OpenCL as the hardware renderer.

    1. close Captivate.

    Hello

    The Phil is smarter.

    He finds all occurrences of your text (case-sensitive off) using GREP regular expressions (all at once) and change it in the same step (all at once).

    Note that app.changeGrep();
    do in each document that is currently open in InDesign.

  • GREP style: Find all the letters between

    I am trying to create a GREP style to deal with a signature of two lines like this:

    -Name of the author,

    Source cited

    I want the name of the author to be caps/sc and the font that I use has an established expert, so I need to replace only the lowercase characters of the name of the author with the sc. character style

    So far, what I did is creat a character style that is defined as the Roman. I then to my grep styles:

    peps.jpg

    The italic style applies to the 2nd line (after a forced line break) very well.

    However, I can't do it sc style to apply to my lc between the em dash characters and the comma. I can get the sc to be applied to the whole line, if I use '. ' for any character, but "\l" does nothing for me...

    Someone at - it advice?

    Thank you

    Chris

    Thanks for the help. You led me in the right direction.

    I was doing too complicated and I still don't have a firm grasp on what GREP may or may not do.

    I solved the problem with GREP styles:

    The reason that I can't apply sc for the first line is because the font I'm using is old and includes a set of expert. In police expertise, there are only small capitals. Strikes in uppercase are reserved for the factions, currency symbols and other glyphs not standards.

    Best,

    Chris
