  Having some problems with (in CS6) recently.

  Use it to create a flash with the link of file HTML file.

  Flash is installed and running, but when clicking on the index file I just get the black box and nothing else in the web browser.

  I took a few minutes. An old yet to Flash projects displays the player controls and does not work. A new export shows no control and does not work.

  Nothing has changed in still (it has not been updated for a long time). Flash (23.0.0.162) and I don't think that has changed. I don't remember when it worked last.

  So I headed to the forum Flash and discovered that it was a new version of flash (5 days ago) which has the default value no local file access. It's a security issue. See this link for the workaround:

  Maybe the hardware failure, however it could be linked as well video card driver.

  Make sure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest graphics card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the last to make sure this isn't a last number one driver. If you have already tried the latest version, but also the many versions previous possible, you can try a beta driver if they are available.

• InDesign flashing black and white screen

  I have a new computer and I have installed InDesign out of the creative cloud and when I open the program, the screen flashes black and white and I am unable to select one of the drop down tabs menu.  Photoshop and Dreamweaver work perfectly, so I'm not sure what the problem is with InDesign. Help, please!

  I think I've seen reports of this problem with the new workspace of departure which is new.

  If you can press Cmd - K (Mac) or Ctrl-K (Windows) to open the preferences > General > uncheck 'Show 'Start' workspace... '.

  See if that helps.

• Why "Overview" and "Export" flash to the high content of the page and then go white?

  I have a page that worked well before, but now when I Export, preview or preview in the browser, the content flashes then disappears / becomes white.  Inspect items shows a lot of HTML, but not content?  It was really visible, but is completely gone, maybe even of the html code.

  This happens in Muse, Chrome, Firefox and when exporting to HTML in any browser.  With the help of Macbook Pro retina, end of 2013, with OSX 10.10.5 and Muse CC 2015.0.0.597, CL 791874

  I get such errors in the console:

  Notice the <!-content-> x < /p > < p >?   That's what most every div on my page.  What you see above is essentially repeated ~ 10 times and the rest is scripts.

  So, anyone have any ideas? Why I see my content for < 1 second, then * poof! *

  Well, since I have no help here I had to force my way into Adobe Chat support and get help there. And surprisingly, the woman who helped me was great! Neha thanks!

  So, to provide the answer here for posterity: it's a 3rd party widget which removed all my content. At some point the widget or Adobe updated and it broke.  I will need to reach out to the preparer of widget to see if they can solve the problem.  Meanwhile, deleting the widget solved the problem.

• The animation slides ignore content in flash published

  Dear assistants and experts,
  
  I may be new to Captivate, but have worked with all his predecessors...
  My simple demonstration consists of 6 slides:
  a text slide;
  a slide of animation built from an AVI (123 sec);
  a text slide;
  a slide of animation built from an AVI (23 sec).
  a text slide;
  a slide of animation built from an AVI (165 s)
  
  When the preview of all content is indicated. Then I publish (HTML export). The flash seen ignores the end of all the slides in the animation: from the beginning that 107 seconds are displayed, from the second 10 seconds, are displayed in the third only 110 seconds.
  
  To be more precise on the previw: this is the reading on the timeline where everything is played - not 'play this Slide' button in the Preview button - that creates a temporary file to flash.
  
  With uncompressed Flash, it's the same problem.

  I have now found the source of my problem:

  There is a difference if I insert via
  (1) insert > slide > animation Slide - or
  (2) insert > Slide white; and then in the blank slide: Insert > Animation

  Case 2, I get the "New Animation" dialog box where I can configure options. In case 1, that this dialog box does not display upward and with properties to slide the desired option not adjustable.

  The option to cure the problem is "synchronize with the project.
  The help text for this option "select this option to synchronize the speed at which the animation file plays with the speed of timeline. (If you find that the animation file is not playing smoothly, test with this option selected and cleared to see which setting gives you better results) ». has not triggered my brain first, because during playback (any avi) animation in the timeline, it is displayed properly with or without this option.

  So: If the final flash file ignores the end of imported animations (e.g. avi) and early moves to the next slide:

  -Import the animation in a blank slide (do not import via Insert > Slide > animated slides)
  -Set the option "Synchronize with the project" in the dialog box "new Animation.

• Export SWF to have all the animation in the main timeline?

  I have an animated logo (LOGO. SWF) and I have several instances of the same symbol playing outside the main storyline. I would like to export this SWF (LOGO. SWF) so that I can import it into an another FLA (BANNERAD. (FLA). But when I import now in (BANNERAD. FLA) does not have these symbols as they are not played in the main storyline of the original (LOGO. (SWF). Is there a way to export the movie (LOGO. SWF) so that you can in a sense all of the animation of the scene? Who is?

  This is a flash banner ad, so I can't it be linked through ACE

  The only thing I can think to think is to copy the logo file timeline in the timeline of the file bannerad.

  Hi I'm creating animation frame by frame in photoshop.

  I import photoshop files into flash using

  FILE > IMPORT > IMPORT TO STAGE

  I used to be able to preview or 'test line' my movie easily by clicking on:

  FILE > PUBLISH PREVIEW > FLASH

  I could watch the animation in a loop and see where improvements are needed. Now, flash struggles a lot with the files, takes a long time to load the preview, when that happens, it shows me maybe a third of the animation, running on empty and behaves as if all my frames are completely empty. I can't see on my main work no more later.

  Anyone know what is happening? I keep restarting flash but the same problem persists.

  It's more 100megs of images, then you are probably hitting a limit of flash cs5/system.

  are you using a channel alpha and overlay of some of these pictures on another?

• Flash Player white (all black or all white) on multiple sites

  On a number of sites (for example: www.thedailyshow.com) Flash video area is empty, either all black or all white.  Flash works on most of the other sites and all Flash ads, including on pages where the main flash video is empty. (See attached image)

  It's on a Win7 HP, 64-bit using IE9 and Adobe Flash 11.1.102.55. (more details below)

  This lasts for about two weeks.  I did all the standard stuff:

  Off to hardware acceleration, checked the box 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering'; persons with disabilities followed by protection; has confirmed that the Shockwave Flash add-on has been activated; temporarily the security value low. see the page in Firefox. uninstalled and reinstalled Adoble Flash; Uninstalled and installed Flash Flash 10.3.  Nothing is no good.  I hope someone can help. Thank you

  Did you go to %appdata%/adobe/ and %appdata%/macromedia/ to remove the Flash Player folder in each?

• The Adobe Flash plugin crashed when I pluging in my helmet... This happens all the time.

  All the time when I'm trying to connect my headset. The Adobe Flash Player plugin has crashed. I'm tired of Firefox. All the movies I have already downloaded lost. I have to restart again. I had to use other browsers such as Opera and Chrome. I'm really tired.
