  I am new to Adobe first Elements 9. I have a digital video recorder connected to my TV. It produces MPEG - 2 TS VIDEO files. I want to import into PE9 and comes to cut the ads.

  GOP settings:

  M frames: 3

  N frames: 12

  Is my better DVR to the video encoding/compression PE9 or my export put evil? The exported file should not be less than 1 GB?

  As Steve, there are two parameters that affect the size of the file:

  Duration

  Bitrate

  With a fixed term, the only way to adjust the size of the file is to reduce the bit rate (Bit-rate = size of reduced file, but at the expense of quality.

  Now, some CODECS will use a flow rate lower, but all while maintaining the quality perceived, better than others, but it is still the bitrate, which affects the size of the file.

  Some options to export/CODEC will list the flow directly and MB/s, where others instead have a 'quality' setting, and MB/s bit rate will not be shown directly, but will focus on some parameters of quality.

  An important consideration is what needs to be done with the output file. If it must be used for additional editing, then I think that the file size is not a big problem, as I hear the ultimate quality.   My problem starts after I open a Web site, and then click an item in the Web site. First of all, I'll make a video ad (usually an ad for a car), or I'll get a blank page with a firefox notice that firefox will not allow this page open unless I click on "allow". The blank page is called redirsvc.com. I deleted from my computer and then downloaded mozilla always thinking I would lose video ads, and the redirect pages, but they are back. I looked on my programs list and can't find anything to uninstall that might correct the problem. I am open to any suggestion. Randy apel

  Yes.  Open the Terminal app and type the following command followed by the Enter key or return:

  : write com.apple.Safari com.apple.Safari.ContentPageGroupIdentifier.WebKit2MinimumFontSize - int XX

  (triple click on the line to select it to copy and paste into the Terminal application).

  Change the XX to the font size you want as the minimum font by default.

  Or you can use a css style sheet.  This site describes it and the Terminal method: specify Minimum font size in Safari 10.0, macOS Sierra

  After research with M30-241 and finding nothing, I'm trying this way. My laptop is 2.5 years has been repaired once because of the white screen and now it is doing it again. When a game like snooker 2003 blocks the screen you can hear the sound goes and then the screen starts to become clear until it is completely white.

I tried to set the margins of the div in CSS and it seems OK when I do this, but when I saw the page, it always appears on the left side of the div is it possible I can center that I'm missing?
