  If the previously owned version of Vista has been shipped on your brother machine it is an OEM version and cannot be transferred or installed on another computer.  If it is a full commercial version (won't name of the manufacturer of any computer on the label) it will be a holographic label type with the name of Microsoft on this issue.

  This prompt trial top left is for Lightroom Mobile, not the real Desktop with Lightroom version.

  Since then you have a stand-alone program of Lightroom, Lightroom Mobile is not included in it and only the trial version of Lightroom Mobile is available for you.

  Your Lightroom program seems to be licensed and active.
