• Canning tools Panel or by default in a two-column layout

  I have Illustrator CC (latest version) on a Mac (Yosemite), and I feel this weird glitch where each time I start up the illustrator of Toolbox on the left is a two-column page layout. I have to click it each time to get to the single column page layout I prefer. I saved a workspace personalized in order to maintain my favorite diagram and it is always in a two column orientation. I also tried to save several different page layouts, thinking it was the working space profile that has been altered. No luck. Any ideas?

  If the tools do not fit in a single column, the Panel will return to two columns.

• Can you have two shows of slides on an interactive page?

  I'm just new learning interactive pdfs into indesign sorry if this is common knowledge. I know how to create a slide show on a page, but can you have two projections of slides on a page or more, by the way? (Ideally I need 3.) Each slideshow has its own set of images and buttons.

  

  You would have to export out in the SWF and place them in the InDesign file. Does not work on a tablet.

  For some reason any my pages Panel as divided into two columns, header V A4 and A4 V 2, I assume these are models replacing export HTML or something.

  How can I disable these options? I don't need this feature right now and I have pages in a single column that I need in the other. Don't seem to be able to find the commands to do this.

  The & (concatenation operator) is your friend.

  

  Formula in D2 (fill down)

  "B2 &" "& C2.

  & joins elements into a single string.

  "" inserts a space.

  I want to create a unique index for the lines abc - L3 and cant abc - both together be inserted, rest the other flow values is not a problem, so the first two rows can not be there in the table.

  Criteria-> column-> Filter tab-> Advanced-> 'Convert this SQL filter' and the two columns with condition.

• best way to video page layout

  OK you solved my question external site, ( http://forums.adobe.com/thread/504934 for details) then comes how better to my video page layout. I have several videos on youtube and vimeo and would like a miniature menu floating on the side of the page only (no problem - even I can handle this!) that are links and open the video selected on the main part of the page. I tried to show what I mean below:

  Is the way to do this with iframes again? I have to make a separate page with each video embeded on it and make it open in the iframe as if it were an external site?

  This is in addition to what Glenn says.
  Generally, we will have two types of data files.
  If we have five dimensions.

  (1) in the first five columns of data files is the names of the members and the last column data.
  The mapping is like this:
  column contains the names of the members the deposited property is a corresponding dimension name
  column contains numbers the area of the given property.

  (1) in the foucolumns files first is the member names and you have one or more columns of data
  The mapping is like this:
  column contains the names of the members the deposited property is a corresponding dimension name
  column contains numbers the property field is the names of the members of the dimension remaining problems (level 0).

  Note: To provide the missing information from the dimension, you can use header definition in the rules file.

  Yes, you can use LIKE this way.

  Do not forget that AS is asymmetric:

  x LIKE y
  

  is usually not the same as

  y LIKE x
  

  because wildcard characters ('%' and '_') have a special meaning in the right operand, which is the expression that comes after LIKE.

  So, it seems that you have to reverse the operands of TYPE:

  where   b.col4  like a.clo3;

• Best way to have an image on two columns in a CSS page layout?

  My home page is a presentation of three typical fixed-width columns. For the Interior, the content pages, I need basically the same layout, except that I need to have an image that spans the columns left and Center at the top. Below the image, columns on the left and in the Center should continue on. The right column does not change every m

  My first thought is to start with a two column layout where the left column contains the image. Then I would divide the left column into two columns that start below the image, using a top margin or maybe another attribute of proper positioning.

  But before that I have to create a whole new layout for these pages, I thought I'd check and see if there may be a way easier or better to do. any ideas?
