• Change the news, layouts of web apps for mobile site?

  I edit an existing Web site to create a mobile version, placing my mobile pages in a subfolder /mobile. I'm having a problem with web applications and news, I've already named my templates and layouts for the full desktop version, and because my webapp and News Articles may not be placed in the my /mobile folder. So, now I need to post this information differently for mobile and cannot understand how, given that I am limited to a presentation of single list and a presentation of detail (for the news. At least the web applications give me a backup list layout, which was useful). How others have done this kind of thing?

  An example: on the version of my office, I have ads displayed on the home page as short texts of presentation (using the list view). My detail view I have already formatted for the desktop version of full screen and doesn't work well for mobile screens. After several attempts of workarounds, I decided that I just show the full announcement for mobile as a layout from the list and not use a detailed at all while I don't even bother with it. My thought was to encode both my list of office and mobile page layouts in the list layout of my ads module and use css to display / hide the appropriate one.

  The css works fine, however, my mobile site instead of the next event date rendering, it actually made the tag "{tag_eventfromdate}".  So, apparently I can't have multiple instances of a tag within a single page?  Is there a way to get around this?

  I would be grateful for any input here on the best way to handle this kind of thing, given the limits that I am running into.

  You can make as many list templates you want now.
  You can have a different model by camera - phone, Tablet, desktop so if modules are in this model that they will then make these different models and so different layouts.

  I'm trying to put in place a fixed header for my mobile site. I have tried several things and continue to operate in the same question. Although I have not tried to display on another mobile platform other than iOS 8.1, but the issue I'm having, it's that my address bar will not collapse when I defined in the page scrolling effect. So what ends up happening, is that I'm losing the top of my page, because the address bar is always visible. Is there a work around?

  Unfortunately, it is a compromise. Scrolling effects on mobile devices are made with JavaScript, which prevents the iOS to shrink the image to the browser. See the link below:

  Your widgets will scale upwards to fit the page too. I have created a number of sites with widgets, from 380px phone and tested them on a number of different screens/phone and they step up and work fine.

  I have a site (ddmdigital.com) that has Wordpress on it. I need to create multiple independent, autonomous Muse pages that I join this site... not to be accessible since the Wordpress site, which is only accessed from the site itself. For example, I want to put the files in a folder called FB url would be ddmdigital.com/fb/pagename. I can't understand how to specify in the "FTP to the Url" dialog of Muse I want to download them. I created the folder called FB and tried to use it but Muse just says no: "found no record of the same name."

  I did it by FTP - ing manually all the files, but I would use Muse publish feature. Any help?

  Screenshot of ftp window will help you. Alternatively, you can export the HTML pages and then upload to your server using any FTP client.

• I have now limited the functionality of button "return" on a 3.6 installation and installation 4.o. I open a site, going from 1 to 2 pages in site and cannot return to the home page. Information for example sites.

  There are several ways you can perform password protection, but as noted Cristian, there is no native way to do this in the Muse...

  The only way to password protect Muse pages today would be to implement of the secure areas of the coast accommodation of the House. If you host on Adobe Business Catalyst is quite possible, but requires a good knowledge of all BC content management system. You can get a quick idea of what it would take to set up such a secure area in this BC knowledge base article.

  Others have succeeded with services such as AuthPro.com, JavaScript password protection, or to implement protection of password files and folders in the control panel cpanel/control of their web hosting provider.   I don't know if it's still causing a problem, but the McAfee site Advisor has been reported to cause problems with the back button, the Advisor site disabling or uninstalling it can solve the problem.

  I had the Counsellor installed but site that you do not at the present time.

  I looked and can't seam to work for mobile site how to set a menu panel at the top of the page that the user is scrolling to the bottom of the page.

  So far, I tried to use motion to bar effect and yes I can get it repaired, but he remains fixed in its original position, where in fact it should go through the roller until it touches the top of the page and stay there until the user is scrolling to the bottom of the page.

  In this scenario, click the bar and keep the position key lined up at the top of the bar and set the initial request for 1 and 0 final movement.

  I have created the mobile version of my site in the CC of Muse. I would like to pin my menu in the browser to reflect the desktop version of my site. However, the "pin" icon is grayed out. Any object I select my mobile site, the PIN function remains unavailable. If this feature is not supported for mobile sites, or have I missed something?

  My apologies if this has already been addressed.

  I am designing a mobile site, exclusively for use on a tablet.  When choose "compressed" as my page, it shows me the page in portrait instead of landscape orientation.  I would like to find a way to have my site only visible with the tablet in landscape mode.

  Edit:  After playing with a few options, it seems that as long as you properly set the dimensions for your site, it will look correct when you do a preview and possibly a publication.

  While I realize that the Adobe are massive in size and only so many people to assess these messages, it seems that some posts get answered more than others.  Fortunately, I was able to run Google and Bing search to find some of the answers I was looking for, but I was hoping to post here, I want to get some kind of response from a person.

  If someone from Adobe it visualizes, is there a recommendation to make a post more visible?
