page prints magenta background

After you have installed a new magenta cartridge, the printer started printing magenta anywhere in the bottom of the paper.  I replaced the cartridge with a new cartridge, believing that this is the problem, and everything was fine for about a week.  The new cartridge began to exhibit the same behavior.  I still have to replace the cartridge with an old cartridge to another printer and it worked fine until he missed a week later.  The user then replaced the cartridge with a new cartridge and is blocks of pages with background magenta and some without.

Thanks for ideas or things to test.

  • What is the average number of pages printed using cartridge 564XL in HP Photosmart 7510 e-all-in-one

This printer seems to use a lot more than my previous HP Photosmart C7200 ink

I installed 3 cartridges besides that which is provided, the last being 564XL black and I have printed only 1288 pages and scanned 197.

When he missed with the 564XL ink he wasn't told me and continues to print blank pages. The only way to solve the problem was to change the cartridge after market power and out the cartridge and reinsert. Printing color worked OK.

  • When the scaling in the layout, 1st page prints correctly, but the following pages were not properly/too large for the paper, parts of text missing scale

When you try to print in Firefox and when the scale to the size of the page in the page layout, the first page prints correctly, but the following pages do not scale correctly and are too large for the paper, with the parts of the text are cut off at top and right. It is not fixed by checking or unchecking the scaling / shrink to fit page width "ignore" in the print window, or by changing the scale percent.

I am running Firefox 15.0.1, on Mac OS 10.5.8.

The same problem happens in preview print and if I save the copy in a .pdf file

I tried all the fixes in the how to and others in various forums with no improvement.

This happens everytime I try to print a document from scaling upwards or downwards in Firefox.

I note the bug has been fixed and should in Firefox 21 right now, it will mean the use night http://nightly.mozilla.org/

  • A "printable page printer.

A "printable page of the printer" generated from the 'Print the Article' button in a Joomla! 1.7 Web site opens a new window of the browser without menu or symbols. Print is not an option in the context of the button Menu right mouse. How to print this "printable page of the printer. (Works in IE9)
Browser: Firefox 5. OS: Windows 7

Firefox has existed for 9 years without a context menu item to 'print' and it became the 2nd web browser most widely used without going through a context menu to 'print' - so the 400 million users must have figured out how to get around this short coming or they not print anything or even a whole. Or they are 'customization' of their toolbars and using the ' print' button in the Palette (which as far as I KNOW, IE has always displayed a toolbar). I don't know if a Bug has been filed or a development request to be added as an element of context menu, but without a Bug report without doubt, he would not yet be considered.

The title bar with the orange Firefox button does not appear in the new window? There is a menu item "Print" it.

You have to open a new window with the printer ready version?
Many sites simply open this version in the same tab / window.

Or simply not to block the toolbars of projection in the new window.

Or, you can put a ' print' button on your pages printer ready to the use of JavaScript, if this is possible using Joomla. Or even trigger the printer with the link used to open the printer ready display, although I hate it when Web pages-I like being able to do a preview before printing before committing to print anything.

I use a large corporate intranet (a not having global retail merchandising services company no offices for their displays, we work our houses using our own PC to get loads of work and our reports) that opens a new window for every shit that us open, and they print a button for anything that can or should be printed. Something is for our own use for the documentation of work so that we do the work and then we complete a form online at the end of our work for this client, while the other forms need a signature and must be faxed to our headquarters in each country or region. That key is necessary because "printer-ready" pages are in a setting of each task and work without this key the wrong framework would be printed - the 'focus' would still be on the menu in the left whose report was chosen among. Without clicking in the right setting, the menu would be no printed the report, if the user used the web browser print "command".

Right-click on the pdf file & a menu opens, select Open with and select IE.

Thank you!  You solved my problem!  I forgot the option 'open with '.  Windows 10 removed my IE and put edge in his place, saying that edge is the new IE, or something to that effect.  I have rarely used IE in any case, prefer Firefox, but some websites need IE to work right.

To sum it all, your instructions to go 'open with' allow me to select 'PDF Vista', which is the program that I have always before when opening a PDF file.  I am so grateful to be able to print things.  This edge print page was pretty lame, useless for me.

  • HP photosmart 7520: 2 Facer print second page prints upside down

The printer did not work properly on Windows 7 I therefore deleted and downloaded the driver on the internet. Now when printing duplex, the first page prints correctly but the page on the back of the first page is upside. Please help me with this.

    Hey @Jo38,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see you have some problems with the printing of your Windows 7 PC to your 7520 Photosmart e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

What is happening is there is a duplex option that allows you to alternate between having to return to the page along the long edge or short edge. If you go to where you selected your double-sided printing and change the impression to the other option, the second page will print with the correct orientation.

Please let me know if it solves your problem. If so, please click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

  • HP Officejet 4630 multiple Page Print Intterupts

    Need major help here!

I have a brand new 4630 HP all-in-one connected wireless to a system of exploitation of 64-bit Windows 8.1.  When I print a document (any format or software) that is several pages long, the print job stops after a couple of pages printed successfully. The page break is always half printed. I get a Windows message stating only that the document could not be printed. No error message on the printer does appear.

    I tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver was last updated

Stop and re-starting the Wi - Fi and printer

    Update my operating system

My package of Windows Desktop Update

Print all my documents into a single page at a time is getting old, please help.

    Hello
Try following the steps below and check if this can help:
-Open the HP software by clicking on the HP Officejet 4630 icon in the desktop or the Start Menu, and then click on the link to the Home Page of the printer (EWS).
    -Click on the network tab.
-According to the model of your printer, click Network, click Network (IP) address or click IPv4 in the active network connection type.
-Manuel IP-click and then click on suggest a manual IP address. An IP address manually, the subnet mask and default gateway shows.
    * Be sure to take note of the IP address and confirm the changes, and then close the EWS page.
-Click the HP Officejet 4630 icon on the desktop or the Start Menu and click the utilities tab, and then click Update IP address.
-Type the IP address that is configured manually, click on save and confirm.
-Open the control panel and go to devices and printers.
-Right click on the HP Officejet 4630 icon, then select printer properties.
    -Open the Ports tab.
-Click on the button Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP and click New Port.
-Follow the procedure by typing the IP address that is configured manually and confirm the changes.

Now try printing and check if the problem solved.

I don't think that there is no easy way to do it.

    Alternatives can be:

    • Maybe insert the data required in the document source (before printing), using features (such as headers/trailers) supporrted by application of document source (for example, Word); drawbacks to this are not all applications supporting these inserts and (once inserted) what happens if the source document is copied to another work station?
