  Safe mode disables plugins, I think not, so that you can put those aside for now.

  I suggest disable all non-essential extensions. We all tend to accrue to those who are not really necessary. You can do so here:

  Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Modules > category: Extensions

  If the kernel extensions, you really like the cause of the same problem, then I think you will have to just live with it. Please note that Flash is followed correctly your bet as a block, so I don't think that something is actually stored.

  It has nothing to do with the dynamic Action.

  Try to delete "NULL" in the value of the Null display field. Just leave it blank.
  In this case, "specified element is NOT NULL" must be selected in the Validation.

  More info: even after the tiles disappear from the splash screen, shortcuts remain in the AppData/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/folder.   APEX are "you typed": all the values of page element and application are strings of VARCHAR2. Accordingly, when the articles containing the number, date, brute or other values are used as a string must be explicitly converted to the required type to avoid expressions that are evaluated using the character comparison semantics. Change the expressions/predicates your validation to explicitly convert the values of numbers using TO_NUMBER APEX element (and any format mask used in the presentation of the agenda:)
