  According to ADF demonstrations available on the website of the ADF, I created a jsf with 2 panels page. A Panel is an ADF table based on a display object. The other Panel is and ADF form based on the same view object. My requirement is that I scroll the records in the table of the ADF, the shape of the ADF should dynamically display the details of the record in the table of the ADF. My understanding is that this should be automatic. However, its does not work as expected. What did I miss?

  I use JDev 12.1.3. My use case is the following - I've simplified as much as I can. I insert and update the SFGroupUser table, but I want the LOV to the UserID field be limited to only the users that are connected to today's society through the SFCompanyUser table. Here is the structure of the table:

  The key point is that when you assign users (SFUser) (SFGroup) groups in the SFGroupUser table, not all users may be assigned to a group because the groups are part of the business and the users are associated with one or more companies. Could not assign a user to a group that belongs to a company that the user is not assigned to. If GroupID 1 belongs to CompanyID 1 and 1 UserID is also assigned to number 1 in the SFCompanyUser table, then Pseudo1 can be assigned to GroupID 1.

  In my ADF application, I created the entity objects and visualization of objects for all tables and all associations and links. I configured the perspective in the AppModule have a master relationship / detail like this:

  

  In the SFGroupUserView I put in place a LOV to the UserID field. Is this LOV I want to limit just users who are assigned to the current society (the master of the relationship master / detail). It is possible to limit the LOV uses a separate view object, in this case a SFCompanyUser based, where society is today's society?

  I solved my problem. The precious documentation carried out since the development of the Fusion of Web Applications with document Oracle Application Development Framework in section 5.12, in particular section 5.12.2 - How to define cascading lists LOV-Enabled view object attributes: https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1213/adf/develop/adf-bc-vo-queries.htm#ADFFD349.

  Using a view criteria named in the view LOV object was correct. When the attribute of username in the SfgroupuserView view object has been configured to use the LOV, a view accessor was created for the SfgroupuserView. The accessor view points to the LOV view object. Edition of the accessor of view I said to use the criteria of view named object View LOV. The problem was that the ID of the company in the main table (sfgroup) was not an attribute of the SfgroupuserView view object, so I was not able to assign a value to the variable binding. So, I added the entity sfgroup as one of the entities that the SfgroupuserView was based on and then added the companyID attribute. I then used the new attribute companyID as the value to be assigned to the variable binding, the criteria of display for the view LOV object in view accessor.

  

  Now, everything works well in the AppModule. When you insert a new record in SfgroupuserView1 the user's selection is a drop-down list that displays only users assigned to today's society.

  different iterators on the same view object have the same current selected row?

  You can try with 2 instances of VO with iterator separate for each, which is supposed to work in all cases

  I have change the value by default "spark.skins.spark.PanelSkin" and then by applying this Panel custom skin to my component of the Panel.  I want to be able to create a left, right, and forced to bottom of 10px to the 'contentGroup"- that's all.

  However, I find this task almost impossible.  I'm trying to change:

  TO:

  However, this does NOT work.  You can also change it's 'contentGroup's parent... "the content"... from:

  I think that your first attempt does not work because you set a width/height size and forced top/left/right/down (width/height take precedence)

  Your second attempt does not work because the 'content' group is in a VerticalLayout that does not respect the constraints of the up, left, down, right.

  EDIT:

  Actually affecting the left/right/up/down on "content" has no effect because at the top of the skin file the override of updateDisplayList() sets to zero.  If you change the two lines from 0 to 10, it should have an effect, but not the desired.  I suggest this approach:

  Try to encapsulate the contentGroup in another group that has the width/height of 100% and the value of the top/left/right/down on the contentGroup:

• Lync 2013 VDI Plugin does not work in Windows 8 with view Horizon 5.4

  I start this new thread as it appears by getting the Lync 2013 VDI Plugin works in Windows 8 is going to be different from that of Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 2008 R2.   The original on Windows 7 and Lync thread is posted here: http://communities.vmware.com/thread/446960?tstart=0

  Here's what I tested and I can determine:

  PC/computer laptop/point of customer #1 endpoint (Client light 10Zig):

  Windows 7 SP1 32-bit

  No installed Office

  Lync VDI 32-bit plugin

  View of the horizon 5.4

  PC/computer laptop/point of customer #2 endpoint (desktop PC):

  64-bit Windows 8

  2013 32-bit Office installed, but the Lync 2013 desktop client is NOT installed

  Lync VDI 32-bit plugin

  View of the horizon 5.4

  VM:

  64-bit Windows 8

  Office 2013 32 bit installed

  Horizon Feature Pack 2 is installed

  Audio redirection works, but the web camera does not have to be picked up.  Its a HD LifeCam Microsoft and is supported by Lync 2010/2013.  I checked the VDI connects to the virtual computer and it seems the plugin Lync VDI successfully syncs.  However, I'm never invited to re - enter my credentials of Lync as I do Windows 7/2008 R2.  In addition, I don't see the 'two PC with the green check mark' in the lower right corner of Lync.  Who should be present after a successful synchronization of Lync VDI.  In fact, there no icons in the lower right corner at all.

  After some further reading, I decided to download and install Skype through shop Windows.  Also, it does not recognize my camera.  In my opinion, the Feature Pack is perhaps the issue here, but I don't know how to dig one more away.  TonyHuynh201110141, any ideas?

  I had a co-worker for his Mac with the new client View 3 trial and Lync VDI works as expected.  I tried again on my side and noticed that it takes exactly 5 minutes to make me a successful pairing.  I remove the Lync VDI plugin, then reinstall to see if that makes a difference.  At least I know that two important data points:

  1 Lync VDI still works

  2. the issue was on only my endpoint device.

  I will update the thread once I know more.

• Media Player does not open - blame MSVCR80.dll Event Viewer

  Oddly enough, when my non administrator user is connected, Media Player works fine, but as an administrator, it does not open when you try to read on Microsoft.com .wmv files.  It will open and play my videos sample if.

• Fill the programmatic view object during execution

  I have a requirement to switch between the three different data source during execution in a single page. The user interface and the field names are the same for these three cases, but data from various sources (queries).

  So, imagine that we have 3 objects in view which has implemented read-only (object request depending on the view) and we want to fill a display object at the main performance as a data source for my page.

  My idea is to use "Prgorammatic view object" for this data source and then fill dynamically the contents of one of the three objects view read-only based on a setting in the user's selection.

  First of all, I want to know if it is thin approach and if yes, then get some points on the implementation or any other sample.

  You can use EL to change the name of the ViewObject that an iterator in ADF queries its data. If the switch is on the link layer and there is no need for programmatic view objects. Unlike in the article of the blog above, VO 3 exist in your case then you don't need to create on the fly. Just change the name of VO in the managed bean referenced

• All the lists on Control Panel and desktop etc does not open, just disappears

  When I move the mouse on one of the list in the control panel or try clicking on it just disappears, also another list, even the desktop icons opens more, when I click on them, they vanish - will not open, when I open 'start' I try to search for a document, it will not even open the folder with the arrow.  Please help, I don't know how it happened, it's very annoying!  I tried looking for the answer.  Not sure if I am in the field of the right question, but can't decide what she made of the object.  H.

  Thank you for your reply - I was able to reassign my 'power' on the keyboard button to shut down the computer, (had disabled), [usually used the Hibernate button], because it would not "stop" on the pop up on the arrow of the Start button, kept disappearing.  I just turned on and everything seems to work again, after checking everything. The only changes were the creation of a network, (had been disabled), I bought a netbook for a wireless connection.   Don't know what caused, but thanks for trying to help me.  Very grateful for this help.

  -Third panel marker Type used to display the five types of markers and now only three shows (a subelement, comment and speech Transcription.).

  I have tried resetting the workspace, close and reopen the app and even restart my computer... Nothing helps.

  I am currently using the latest version... Prelude cc 2014.

  I'm on an iMac with OS X Yesomite 2010 mid...

  It works the same way. Simply drag the main tab to a new location. You will see the familiar forms "purple."

  Hello. I use CS2 since I am not willing to spend so much money on a correct version.

  The CS6, I used once, the pen tool worked perfectly and I created this beauty:

  But, I want to pass a pageFlowScope parameter (which is already set when loading the page) to the variable binding VO, and the VO should also display the results filtered on the page the first time itself.

  You should also consider dragging operation executeWithParams on your workflow and of wiring to occur before your page instead of in the definition on the page itself - so it is more clear what is happening and is the approach recommended for 11 g applications. When drag-and you - drop operation, you can use the dialog box bind the parameter to your page flow - scope variable by providing the good EL there.

  There is no expression Groovy in the model layer to access the workflow variable scope page (which is in the controller layer) because this would violate the separation of concerns inherent in an MVC application.
