  2. click on the Properties tab.

  3. click on add

  4 Add this 'jca.apps.Username' property and map with variable or expression.

  5. fill the variable defined in the previous step with valid username values during execution.

  Import the certificate into the trust store means that you trust the certificate, but if the CN of the certificate does not match the hostname... we must disable hostname checking / write a custom host name auditor...

  Yes. If you use the built in the behavior of connection DW, DW will put the user name in a session variable. Look carefully in the login code to see what we call this variable. If you use ASP this session variable is called MM_Username. In PHP, there is an equivalent, but I don't remember now how it's called. If the page with the recordset is to display only the data that user, filter the recordset on the username column by using the Session variable setting and enter the name of the session variable in the text box.

  In our process, we demand siebel service, which is a guarantee and it doesn't use WSSE security headers.
  In siebel service I'm passing username and password through soap headers.
  What we need to do apart from that?
  In 10g, which we did by passing these values through invoke activity.

  As discussed, it is the same old school bpelx:inputHeaderVariable for 11 g as well, but cannot be done visually, you must modify the bpel source to add bpelx:inputHeaderVariable...

Is it possible to invoke web service references (REST) defined in the application to behave as if this user is calling the web service?   You can use the APEX_WEB_SERVICE API to set HTTP headers (in this case, you can set CGI_REMOTE_USER). The following documentation describes how to configure the request headers. Note that when you set the header via APEX_WEB_SERVICE, interactions of web service uses the headers, not just those invoked through APEX_WEB_SERVICE.

  I accidentally typed in part of a password when you enter a user name for a Web site.
  How can I delete this registered user name? I tried to delete cookies from the Web site, but it does not work. I tried looking through saved passwords, but it doesn't work either, since there is no actual password associated with the username.

  I'm trying to create a Proxy Web Service using JDeveloper (client). The goal is to connect to a secure external web service.
  Provided by the service web WSDL contains no information on security policy.

• How to create the Webservice data control with a secure Web service?

  I am creating a data control with a Web service that requires authentication (SSO)
  There are two ports for my server OC4J 7777 (requires authentication) and 7779 (authentication is not required).
  (The service Web application is deployed in OC4J)
  
  I am able to create a data control with port 7779 not, but I'm not able to create with the port 7777. In my app, I'll go "user email" the SSO. I require it a data control with authentication. How to pass the user name and password when creating the data control? I'm not able to go "Point endpoint authentication" stage also. I get the error message "the WSDL document is not found" when I type the URL in the first step.
  
  I created the data control with port 7779 and after I modified the 'DataControls.dcx' file with port 7777. (IE "wsdl ="http://ipaddress:7777/../..?WSDL"), but I do not get the appropriate data.
  
  I work with JDeveloper 11.1.1.0.0g

  whenever I try to access StadiumInfo method then the URL contain.

  now I m to stadiumName dynamically. that not contains "%20". There is only single spaces.

  first I m storing all the names in an ObjectChoiceField stage, then I m after the selection in the list I m hit the web service.

  but I m not getting success because that have spaces not '% 20 '.

  and there is no method with the String here class replaceAll.
