Password rejected error 0x800CCC92 number no change that I am aware of password

Trying to send/receive emails, I get the error 0x800CCC92 # (there was a problem connecting to your e-mail server.  Your password was rejected.   (I don't know why my password rejected.)  I don't know to change.)
