• Pavilion dv6t 1200 CTO for Ghost boot disk

  Ahoy, all

  I am trying to create a boot disk for purposes of Ghosting. I have the BartPE disk that works with the HP Elitebook 6930p. However, this does not work with Pavilion dv6t 1200 CTO. I think it's because I can't change IDE to AHCI in the BIOS (do not see the option).

  And so I think that the problem lies with the drivers of storage but not sure. When I go to Pavilion dv6t 1200 CTO drivers HP website drivers 'Storage' alone I see relate to the USB and a Ricoh card reader.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  figured it out. necessary to get the Intel Matrix drivers out of the Intel site. I also had to get the drivers Realtek NIC Realtek off-site. those in integrated BartPE. works now.

• Pavilion dv6t-1200: my laptop has an Expresscard slot?

  I have a Pavilion dv6t 1200 laptop and I was wondering if there was a card expresscard or PCMCIA card slot. It has a remote control sliding which is shaped like a location ExpressCard/54, L shaped card and I see pins inside, but does not say anything in the Device Manager on a machine slot of this kind. Can someone help me answer this question?

• Recovery disk system impossible to complete the Pavilion dm4 1200 Notebook

  I use Windows 7 on HP Pavilion dm4t laptop 1200 XQ132AV.

  After problems with getting the blue screen of death and memory and disk hard self-tests don't return no error found, I was told by HP Support to run a system recovery, because the OS has probably been altered. I did the system recovery from the hard running, but about disk partition to halfway through the recovery failed, giving the following message appears:

  "Recovery manager cannot restore your computer by using the original image. Please contact HP support. Error code: 0xe0ef0003. In most cases, restore your hard drive will solve your problems. »

  After that, Windows would boot is no longer, instead of this showed a black screen and display the following error: "BOOTMGR is missing".

  I got Windows 7 HP recovery disks, but whenever I run the restoration, he stops at the very end (about 99% at the Factory Image Recovery preparations) and mentions something about recovering from the hard drive to troubleshoot. Nothing changes, and I still get the "BOOTMGR is missing" error when I try to start the computer.

  As far as I can see this part is used in the printer color laserjet 5500 which is a different printer.

  Installation via Microsoft Update worked.

  When I have to go through the BIOS and I tried to change the mode of operation of the hard disk but BIOS is limited. There is no option to change the mode of operation of hardisk.

  Original CPU: i7-720QM

  In the dv6 manual (link below), it is mentioned that the Intel Core i7-740QM, i7-820QM and i7-840QM can used in general by computer laptop dv6, but it's not to specify which processor when with the motherboard.

On eBay the i7-840QM is still ongoing for over $ $100 and for that price you approach the cost of a 500 GB SSD, which would provide a lot more help to your user experience.

  Hello, I have a hp Pavilion dv6t 6100 CTO Quad edition, model number LM720AV with the graphics card Radeon HD 6700 M. I can't install the Intel HD Graphics driver.

  Recently, the tables of partition on my hard drive I've screwed up, and I was forced to erase the entire disk, recovery sector included, to reinstall windows 7 Home premium. I installed most of the drivers, but the driver "Intel high definition (HD) Graphics Driver" will not be installed because the installer nixes installation and indicates something of this order: "your computer does not meet the hardware requirements. I am sure that I download the right driver from the right pagel also, I download the driver even when I use the automatic detection feature drivers. I used the HP support assistant program, but the only driver it says that I need is the biometric scanner. Also, I installed the radeon drivers, but my card is declared invalid in the Device Manager. How could do to solve this?

  First of all, it's a great range of info that you put there for me; I wish that every person in forums answered that although you did right.

  In any case, I realized the solition, although I'm not sure the cause mechanics. I found an intel driver hd in file system of controllers of ata ida from the Device Manager and uninstalled, then did the same with drivers Radeon and finally reinstalled Catalyst. I guess it was something to do with installing stand-alone installation intel makes wonder why they are avalible for download in the pilot centre involving the user must install in the first place.

  Now, my excellent work of pilots as evidence by I can get a much better resolution, I can change the brightness and the whole system runs out cold by about 75% before installing the drivers.
