• Problem with purchase student creative cloud with PayPal payment option

  Dear support staff,

  Today, I tried to buy the student a year paid Adobe Creative cloud subscription.

  My PayPal payment went through (got an electronic confirmation during the total calculated), however, the purchase form off, noticing that my billing address and my 'credit card details"were inconsistent. I have not entered any information good credit card and PayPal account has the same information that I applied.

  Please get back to me, I already paid for the product, still can not use it again.

  I have an event with a payment form: https://ivyreviewevergreen01.worldsecuresystems.com/BookingRetrieve.aspx?ID=39589 .

  I have two questions:

  * I guess it won't work with standard PayPal? PayPal charge me actually during the test, but then when he returns to Business Catalyst there is an error. The recording of the event gives me all the data but said "Impossible." I guess I should use a seamless payment gateway?

  I am trying to install the PayPal payment assistant task bar.  Everything seems fine, but it does not install on Outlook.  Any help!

  The only requirement I have for this software is that Outlook or Outlook Express must be set to your default e-mail program. If you are using Vista, Outlook Express has been replaced by Windows Mail, which are not supported. This leaves Outlook as your only option. You use it and it's default? If so, I suggest to uninstall the PayPal applet, do a clean boot and then try to reinstall. Here are the instructions for a clean boot:

  Clean boot

  Test in an environment clean boot to see if this problem is related to the interference of other programs / services:

  1. click on Start, type msconfig in the Search box and press ENTER. (If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click continue.)

  2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

  3. under Selective startup, clear the Load Startup items check box.

  4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click disable all.

  5. click on OK.

  6. When you are prompted, click restart.

  7 log on to your account.

  If the problem does not reappear when your computer is in clean boot mode, a background program probably causes interference. You can try to determine which background program is causing the problem when the computer is in clean boot mode.

• I can't go to the Paypal payment

  My credit card is blocked, and Adobe is requested for monthly fees. I want to go to Paypal, but I have only the option of credit card - although if I want to subscribe to another service, Paypal is accepted.

  BTW: I have answered the mail claiming - no answer. Mailing address of Support Adobe - does not exist. Adobe, you want my money? Give me a chance to do!

  Tried to finally pay for a membership of Photoshop CC (took me A LOT of TIME to finally put me in the mood for a subscription package), and when I selected paypal as payment mode web page redirects me to the same page, he never goes to PayPal.   Nope, that's a separate issue.

  At some point you have deleted your site purchase form.  I looked at your site and you noticed only have a "contact" form

  So what you need to do is create a purchase form.  All that is required to associate eCommerce is the payment method + fields that you want to capture.  Once you save the new form go to your layout of the store-> check (buy) and remove the active form and insert the new form. You can delete unwanted payment method options while leaving 'PayPal' and re - test order.

  I had created Paypal in BlackBerry World before I had activated two-factor authentication in Paypal, but I made purchases since then without problem, until today.

  I deleted Paypal but could not add it back.

  I found this old thread which shows the BlackBerry World does not have authentication to two factors, but this is an old thread and maybe things have changed.

  I tried with just: password right and I tried with password and code added at the end of the password.

  Finally, it worked.

  Think about the possibility that BlackBerry World supports authentication two factor and that maybe I have do the procedure correctly, but maybe there is a temporary break in the system somewhere, I kept trying periodically.

  Finally, it worked. Even after moments before getting the same error, it finally worked.

  So, to confirm: If you configure paypal as method of payment in the world of BlackBerry, and you use two-factor authentication with paypal in conjunction with VIP access, enter your PayPal username and password and then add the authentication code on the end of your password.

  Suggestions if you get an error saying message try again later: wait a minute. Look for the code update and use this code immediately. Do not use a code that is subject to maturity; wait for a charge code and use it immediately. If you still get an error message, try again several times, with a charge code every time. If you still get an error message, wait a few moments and try again.

• Replace PayPal payment by credit card

  Online chat tells me that the only way to change the payment method for my PayPal subscription to a credit card is to cancel and start a new subscription. This seems totally absurd and stupid to me.  All the world is facing this?  And if it is true, why Adobe insists on such a mode of payment method update back.

  The default PayPal widget doesn't support screening of the stuff. You will need to insert is in manual HTML using the copy & paste the code provided on the PayPal web site.
