PC crashed and impossible to reinstall my apps CC.

My main hard drive of the PC crashed while I had no way to turn off my CC apps. I got a new hard drive and try to install the CC apps now, but it won't let me. I have my apps CC installed on my laptop, so it's only my second installation. Need help.
