  Thanks to all who participate in this forum. It has really made a difference for me because I create my first app from the dps.

  I have a question about loading on blur and refine pdf articles based on ipad (3).

  I understand that this is expected behavior, but I'm delays lasting much longer than 1 to 2 seconds. I found no published applications are any where not nearly the delay that I am experiencing. So I was wondering if experience using Adobe Content Viewer can be different, after the application is actually published? I hope of course!

  If this is not the case, the delay is unacceptable. So far in jpeg format, are there suggestions for change? We have an article 14 great app (153MB) with a lot of MSO (most set to vector) and several screens in the application browser (html and pdf) plus 8 videos (1 per article). There is a lot of text, PDF and vector give a much better experience if it wasn't for the blur of long.

  Is that your seq. image covers the screen? Your seq. image requires certain actions of the player?

  If its just animation without intervention from the player put an invisible touch what an MSO invisible above it all.

  OK, hope someone can help me understand what Im missing here.

  I have an animation of Adobe edge, composed of PNG and a transparent stage. If I place the OAM file in a jpg article animation with transparent overlays phase my background in indesign (below the OAM) and works very well.

  When I place the CAO even in an article PDF Animation scene doesn't have a transparent stage therefor blocking my background?

  I thought with the new tools that you can put HTML files with transparent steps to PDF articles?

• Breaking Viewer Web articles

  We noticed that the web viewer to break some of our smooth scrolling items in what would be the brand 2 page. He expanded the page and he moves on the right side of the page.   Smooth Scrolling items in web viewer may not display correctly on the last page if the length of the article of smooth scrolling is not an exact multiple of the height of folio. For example, the last page of an article 1024 x 2000 may be cropped or distorted, but a 1024 x 1536 (2 times the height) or 1024 x 2304 (3 times the height) should display fine. The question is particularly common in portrait orientation. One solution is to make the size of the height of page scrolling smooth an exact multiple of the height of folio. Another solution is to use the format to PNG image to scroll smoothly instead of PDF article.

• switching from JPG to PDF editing images of low resolution

  I go from jpg to PDF publication for my folio. Most of the things are great. There are some things that seem to always really crappy, like animations with logos and JPG images from photoshop.

  What can I do to fix? I have to redo them with a higher DPI?

  I need to link to and view a PDF from a viewer for Android. I realize I can't do it from file HTMLResources, but Ive tried to link to it from a URL (direct link to pdf stored on the server) and it does not appear.

  Display of PDF files or by creating PDF articles currently don't is not supported by Android viewers. Support PDF in Android visualizers may be available with the release of v26.

• PDF hyperlinks does not not on app

  I stuck a PDF (with working links) on a page of folio (folios made in PDF format). The page is downloaded, but all the links on the original PDF do not work once I have watch it on the app.

  So I think that folios with glued on them PDF transfer property to hyperlink to the final application? Even thought I did the folio in PDF format? Does this mean I have to use boxes to create hot spots on the pasted PDF? Is there a way to transfer these properties from the original PDF file and skip the step of hotspot?

  You're right - the imported PDF file loses all its interactivity, even when she becomes part of a PDF article. You will need to add buttons on the PDF as you describe. Also, keep in mind that the action show/hide buttons only is not supported in DPS, so you will need to use a combination of keys and ESM to create hotspots, as described in this article:

  I know this is an old thread, but I want to answer because it'll be useful for someone looking for answers as if I was today ;-)

  This is an expected behavior for a PDF article. Articles only PDF supports transparency opacity effect and multiply, blend modes are not supported. However, the content even if it is downloaded as a PNG/JPEG article should work correctly.

• problem scroll down in an article

  Hello

  I have this problem of wird.  I will create a pdf portfolio and when I scroll down in an article gets stuck between pages or appears only part of another page and then returns and doesn't let me go down.

  a few considerations:

  • get off only at the second attempt

  • only happens in pages with MSO or scrolling images

  • If I create the same folio to jpg, it works very well

  Any ideas?

  I have confirmed that it is a matter activated when scrolling in PDF articles MSS. Unfortunately the fix for this was too risky to enter the version 24, and we will in version 25.

  Do not use the tool to add text to the title of the editing of content. Use the comment tool instead add text (under the comment Panel). Then you will be able to define the default appearance settings.

• Error message "a system error has occurred" on iPad-lost changes

  I use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad to read PDF articles. When I read an article I highlight and annotate, but recently, when I stop scrolling or highlighting, move apps or lock my iPad when I come back to it, I get a message error-"a system error has occurred." When I click on the view, it returns me to the menu where the rest of my documents are, but when I go back the document I was working on, all my notes and highlights are gone. I looked to make sure that the application and my iPad are up-to-date on the software, and they are. I also tried restarting my iPad to see if the problem that will be solved, but it is not. This has happened on several files, so I don't think it's a particular file that is the question.
